Doesnt State a reason. Think it is due to the fact I killed crumbles as he had his gun point blank at my mates faces.

Well as you can see in the video. I was in a bush and crumbles come with what I can see on other cop. He then ran up to my mate with his gun point blank and said put your hand in the air right now. which is a intention. What crumbles should of done and I will quote the rule "14c Police will come at speaking distance from the building and initiate roleplay. This is your chance to role play back or advise that you have no demands. This will end the role play and combat may start.". Why should we unban you.
Didn't break any rules. Although Crumbles did break rule 14c as he was point ran up to the person and told him to put his hands up.

You can see you running toward the back of the building and point a gun at my mate point blank. you tell him to put his hands up. If you read the FULL rule :  "14c Police will come at speaking distance from the building and initiate roleplay. This is your chance to role play back or advise that you have no demands. This will end the role play and combat may start." . As I said before you have to at a Speaking distances distance first according to the rules. You ignored that and ran up. You could argue the fact that point blank is speaking distance but you didn't take in to account Roleplay. You knew that we could do any thing till you came up to us and said somethin. This seems to me like you disregard role-play common sense and charged in there rambo style. From what I gather what I gather reading the rules and knowing this is a Role-Play server where you imitate real life situation. You should of shouted so we could here you from a distance tell us to come out with are hand up. If we did not comply then you can run up and start shooting. What you did instead is shown in the video.

First of all I think you need to sort your attitude out.

The guy was leaving the station, reason why we wanted to get in their fast. Their was no indication that their were armed men in the area or that we were going to be shot at.
