Killing a medic

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got banned because I shot a medic and killed him by accident in the dark, I did not have night vision or see the ambulance SUV, I was trying to help my brother because he was being sent to jail (The cops did not take away his comms so he said it in group chat until he was restrained), so I followed a cop car to the jail. He did say he had friends in the area so I could shoot them, I only thought that police was there so I sprayed and prayed and by accident killed a medic.
Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because I am very and truly sorry for what I have done. At the time I wanted to be an NHS member so once people told me to get on teamspeak I knew I did something wrong. I did not wear NV goggles so i could not see clearly (It was night time) . I knew I was going to be banned that I killed a medic but what I did not know is that it did not have a date and time, it was permanent, I read it on the ban appeal site that you guys bans are only perm.
