In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
there was this guy waiting in the greenzone for us to pull out trucks so we were talking to him and waiting for him to leave the green zone. when he finally left the green zone we told him to put his hands up and that we were going to kidnap him and have some fun and with out saying anything he ran back into the green zone.... we told him that hes not allowed to run back into a government protected zone and kept role playing with him and all he would say is you cant rob me or hurt me in this green zone. and just kept repeating it... i told him over and over using roleplay that hes not allowed to do that. and that i wasnt going to tell him again. after 5 minutes of this we shot him in the head. we were going to execute him anyways. not in the greenzone of course but he clearly broke the rules knowing it was a greenzone and what he did. so we thought it would be ok... obviously we were wrong. we were just pretty mad he was abusing the system and was being snotty about it.

Why should we unban you ?
because im really sorry for doing this. and the only reason we did it was because we knew that he was abusing the system to protect his gear. we didnt want his gear we just wanted to kidnap him for staking us out because we knew he wasgoing to rob us then clearly broke the rules to save himself.. that didnt make it right for me to break the rules though. now that i think of it i probably should have just requested an admin instead of taking it into our own hands.. i was just upset about it at the time and it all happened so fast. again im really sorry. i dont usually break rules like this

You got unbanned 9 days ago of a perm ban, Then you come back And you shoot somone in the GZ. 
Did you not learn anything from your last ban? 
Also even when he ran back into the GZ, does this then allow you to break rules? 
 

 
no it doesn't allow me to break the rules. i realise now that i should have requested an admin. i didn't know what to do at the time and everything was happening so fast. also yes i did just get unbanned but that was for calling people names. but yes i have learned from that situation. my roleplay is a lot better now than it use to be and ive been trying to watch myself very closely to make sure i dont do anything really stupid in a major way. i guess in my head i thought it would be ok to kill him because we really did catch him outside the gz and since he clearly ran back into it we thought it would be fine. but immediately after i thought about it and realised i could have just requested an admin and let him sort it out instead of taking it into my own hands. i have never killed anyone in the gz before and i take the gz very seriously. i was just really mad that he broke the rules. so i thought it would be ok to kill him after several several warnings. but obviously i was horribly wrong. i promise u i wont do anything wrong again. ill either just let it go  or request a admin. im really sorry for what i did and ill respect your decision on whatever you want to do.

you got unbanned for calling people racist names. this is a serious offence. 
And then 9 days later you are here back with breaking one of our standard rules. 
we cant keep giving chances, 
Qoute me the rule you broke, And tell me why we have these in place? 

 
6.1 and 7.3 killing someone in the greenzone and failr to rp. i completely understand the understand the gz but the fail to roleplay is a little far because i didn't say anything to break rp i was saying stuff like common man we caught u out side the government zone and you ran back in and we both know thats against government laws. i really messed up though. i tried to keep myself from breaking any rules no matter what after my perma ban but for just a split second i convinced myself it would be alright.. i should have just put in a report or requested a admin and left it alone... again im really sorry

 
You didn't even last a month after getting unbanned through the perm appeal system, you ruined someone's RP experience so much they felt they had to report you on the forums.

You've betrayed our trust. Why should we bother giving you another chance knowing there's a serious risk you'll do it again?
