In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i should start with this is silv3rstyles who got the ban and i am now posting on my own behalf. a previous appeal was posted on my behalf
by fronteir who was unable to respond in time due to real life obligations,
i have used my gmail account to sign up to the forum this time.
I think i was banned because in the video it was possible
that my action could have been misinterpreted as VDM
when i was actually pulling over to keep the driver side of the vehicle
away from my attackers so i could get out and defend myself because i was
armed plus i did not hear them initiate anything, i have seen
the video but no sound was heard on my end of the game at that time they tried to initiate
as i always go first person view and only use earplugs in aircraft but at the start of the video
i heard a car pull up and assumed they had guns and assumed robbery as that is what happens a lot in altis, i have only
been playing for just over a week and am still new so know of the goings on but dont know all of the controls to use the global chat and other channels
so when i got messaged about that situation i did not know how to respond, but when i
eventually did figure out what the controls were to respond the he had left the game and i did not have a chance to discuss
the situation and i did not have teamspeak at the time as i use discord,
Why should we unban you ?
i should get unban because this is a missunderstanding and i have now setup my record that feature on my pc
so that if in the future i do manage to get unbanned i will try to remember to get video evidence,
i would like a chance or two to get the rules right as i have become a fan of this server set
and its community but dislike the way people rage quit and report befor giving a new play a chance to repond
that is the one thing that is wrong.
i think with amount of unspoke rules and writen rules that there are they are plentifull and a
lot to take in while trying to play the game or engage in battle but as it stands VDM and RDM are two rules i have learnt,
i am a muture player and would not break them and still have not, anyone can see that in the video my vehicle was swerving from having its tyres shot at
from what i took as RDM and i was just managing to keep it in a straightish lines at points but anywho,
i had to pull over to defend myself and did so from first person view as that is the view i play the game in,
i must stress this point.
from my point of view i did not break any rule and just wish i had video evidence.
