I don't know why I was banned, If I remember correctly I logged out in the middle of a field there wasn't anyone around to my knowledge ( no one had engaged in roleplay with me and no shots were fired) I really don't understand why I'm banned!

Oh I think I remember now I crashed my car and died and as it was so close to the server restart at 00.00 and I didn't think there was much chance of an emt coming to revive me (as the server restart was so close and the emt was so far away) So I just logged off as i was gonna stop at the restart anyway I didn't think it would matter.

Sorry for my earlier statement I think i got myself confused as it was quite late when i logged i couldn't remember how i logged off.

Also how can it be combat log when nobody killed me? as it would say who i was killed by if somebody killed me?

I am really sorry for this mistake I don't think I did much wrong but I will be more vigilant in the future if i get unbanned.

Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*) *Appeals are allowed if you have made the effort to go on teamspeak and speak to the person/persons you were with to advise of a valid reason, or if you have signed back into the game and contacted them in game and made the full effort to relink up with them to continue roleplay, The person/persons should vouch for you in the appeal.[/SIZE]

Okay that's fair enough all i can do now is apologize and hope that you'll accept it,

I respect whatever decision you decide to make just know this was a genuine mistake and it won't happen again.

I am very sorry for what I have done I respect all the rules you have in place on this server and I try my best to respect all of them.

This has taught me that i should maybe start reading the rules fortnightly/monthly just to keep them fresh in my memory.

I'm only human dude we make mistakes I didn't hurt or upset anyone and it wasn't my intention to break the combat log rule, It was getting late I didn't even request a medic and I just wanted to go to bed so instead of waiting to respawn to log out I just logged out.

I know the rules it was just a minor detail I had forgotten I really am sorry for this.

As for my previous ban I held my hands up to it as it was genuinely a stupid mistake I haven't lied or tried to keep the truth from anyone surely this counts for something?

The problem is in less then two months you have been banned twice? Yes you admitted to your mistakes however Combat logging is not a minor rule. Its Very serious.

I appreciate your honesty however being banned twice in such a small amount of time brings up concern.
