They thought I had two accounts to avoid the ban

Why should we unban you.
Because it was a misunderstanding, I don't have two accounts. It was a misunderstanding as it was a friend of mine who owned the other account.

I know I am not suppose to put unban appeals on others behalf but I was asked to by @Jamz to put the unban appeal on Skalman's behalf. I was told he needs to speak to Crumble and Management to confirm his account

He wouldn't get confirmation email so he needs management to accept his account

Skalman cannot make his own unban appeal as he is unable to receive any confirmation email. This is why I requested Bob to make one for him.

I believe he wil have to have his account manually approved.
