I got banned for Vdm abuse . I Understand why . I got in front of a car and my friend hit me with the car . and apparently you get 100% than. They name it VDM abuse

Why should we unban you ?
I already heared about Vdm before Kinda . MY friend said get inf ront of the car to get full health again. I didn't know what happened until my friend said You got 100% health back so I was happy until he said I would get banned for it . I have been reading the rules I know What Vdm is and what vdm abuse is And I hope I get a second chance because I love to play with my friends on this altis life server . I am sorry and I understand the ban but I hope I get unbanned again . (this is my first ban)
