After some discussion with a member of management who was extremely helpful, I understand there may have been a slight misunderstanding due to my use of a public VPN provider known as cyber ghost which was an accidental mistake as I left it on while joining a long time ago, I believe this was then connected to other troublemakers who could have used this provider and therefore leading to me looking extremely suspicious which I do understand.
Why should we unban you ?
I don't believe I have done anything wrong, however, it was an honest mistake using a VPN to connect to the server and It will not happen again, However, I have never purposely attempted to cause trouble, I assure you, with or without this VPN.
