In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for the following video, http://plays.tv/video/57c89426bfd204639b/initiation?from=user . On this video you can see that i had initiated on the car however i did not give enough time for them to stop in which i then opened fire killing a cop This is actioned under the rule of RDM and could also be under Fail RP





Why should we unban you ?

First off, since I have left the Police and made Invictia, my RP had gone downhill. I was told this a lot by both members and staff in this community and not until my ban here i realised that these statements were true and that my initiation, causing gunfights have been borderline rule break each time. As a Rebel I felt that I was allowed to log on to rob and have gunfights with both cops and rebels which now looking back at it has resulted in this current ban.


With this ban I can fully understand why this that this could've happened a lot earlier and that it was waiting to happen.


As a rebel I have been banned 2 times in a month, this was a large difference to my time back in the police where i had went 12 months without a report to my name. Realising this I feel if I am lucky enough to be unbaned I will want to re-apply and appeal my blacklist (due to leaving 2 times) and carryout my role-play to my previous standard. I have spoken to both Xsum and to notify them that I have put an unban appeal in and that if I am unbaned that they know the reason behind me coming back which is to be able to up rank and RP again as a cop.


If unblacklisted i can ensure that my RP will be back up of standard and not how it is right now, as I won't get away with it anymore. I hope that if my unban does go through i could eventually rise up the ranks and gain my previous rank of Inspector again and become a respected roleplaying member of the community.


I have been on this server for 13 months and have made multiple friends throughout this time both in the police and rebel life and would hate to lose all of them due to my stupid mistakes that I have made throughout my rebel time.


I hope that you can understand how much i am willing to do to get myself both unbanned and improve my RP

The fact that you were banned less than a month ago for an extremely similar reason is concerning, if I'm honest. However, I think for this one all you had to do was wait a few seconds more before firing, so I would call this quite a minor ban. 

However, I will take this opportunity to say this- you've said yourself that people have warned you that your roleplay has not been the best recently. You've also said that you basically ignored them until you were banned. There are a few others- not just in Invictia, but there are certainly a fair few in that gang in particular- who I know have been told that their roleplay needs to improve. It is crucial that you (and everyone else in this community who ignores warnings about bad roleplay) understand that when people tell you things like this, and when people tell you that something is not good enough, we are not trying to be dicks, we are not trying to insult you, we are trying to save you from getting yourself in trouble, as you have done here. 

Unbanned on a final chance. I've had my doubts about actioning this, so please don't let me down.
