I don't remember ever playing on a server with this name, a little confused as to when this ban happened.
If the ban is fair and this did happen I can only imagine I was misinformed of the rules possibly?

Why should we unban you ?
Been close to 2 years I can say I'm definitely more mature than I was at the time of the ban, early 2016, and I wouldn't I would make whatever mistake it was that I did at the time.
I don't remember the situation that led me to be banned so I can't say much more here until its uncovered in greater detail.

You can only imagine you were misinformed? Bans only happen when people break rules and clearly you broke on of them.
So could you please quote the rule that you broke and explain it in your own words.

(3.7) Baiting:

I would describe baiting as the act of doing something that will make the target initiate on you so you get into a gunfight with no real roleplay beforehand.
To elaborate on this, a good example would be baiting cops where you continuously break ingame laws to get the police to initiate on you and have a gunfight with next to no roleplay e.g: Walking around a road with a gun in plain view; driving illegal vehicles into populated areas with the goal of making Police try to follow you; Shooting in the air to try to get into a shootout with Police or nearby rebels. These are the examples I can think of.

Done a lot but the biggest things would be:
Finished my education,
Got a job with decent pay,
Generally sorted my life out by sleeping at better times and eating better,
Spent 4 months in Canada,
Got into better shape by regularly exercising.

Those are the main things can't think of anything else.
