Broke Rule 2.8 about threatening to report someone in voicechat

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reason that i was banned is that i was killed ingame and then someone came over in which i had thought was not a part of the situation and he started shooting my friends. Then i said in VoiceChat that i was going to report him which is against server rule 2.8
Why should we unban you ?
I take full responsibility for my actions and i do not intend to put the blame onto anybody else. What i did was wrong and yes i broke the rules. It was a stupid mess up on my behalf and it should not of happened. I have gone over all of the rules to make sure that i would never break anymore of them and something like this does not occur again. I have also met some very kind people on this server who i would want to continue to play with. I can promise you that this would not happen again. I have learnt from this mistake and i wish i did not lash out when i did and it was disrespectful of me nevermind the fact that i was breaking the server rules. I would personally apologise to the people who were in this situation and the staff member for causing all of this hassle. I should not of done this and it will not happen again. Overall i think i should be unbanned because i have learnt from my mistakes and this will not happen again. I have also gone over all of the rules to ensure that i know them all. This should not of happened and will not happen again.
Rule Broken ; "(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members. "
The reason that this is an important rule is because breaking this rule can break RP which would not be tolerated in a serious roleplaying community. Other people seeing this happening could make them also want to do the same. Therefore it slowly starts to make the RP die out and instead of people roleplaying it would be more of people accusing other people of things which are not related to what is going on in the roleplay situation. It in short breaks RP and the rule is understandable.
