I was caught VDMing another player and my smart mouth got me banned from TS3.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i broke the rule of : (2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming). The begining : I started by robbing a gentlemen at the car shop, He then ran and got in his car after i robbed him, He then hit my prowler with his hatch back, after he hit my prowler i got into my prowler and said : So you want to play bumper cars okay, I then started to ram him back after a few moments of ramming each other the admin : Tampax appeared and restrained both of us. We then got taken to a private location where we was told why we was getting banned. 

I was also banned because, I verbally assaulted a staff member on teamspeak 3

Why should we unban you ?
I am truly sincerely sorry for the way i have acted tonight and i would love to come play on the server because i enjoy it so much. I would also like to sincerely apologize to all the staff members for having to deal with my childish out burst when i should have controlled my self and my tongue that got me into trouble further in the first place. I will read through the rules. I will also like to apologize to each staff member that i offended with my words that i have said. *( I really and truly am sorry )* I come to you in humble and ask for your forgiveness, please forgive me and please un-ban me for my own stupidity will not occur again. I love this server because it truly is the very first REAL RP server i have ever played on. I will NOT VDM *(Ramming)* again i promise. & I will further more respect each Administrative actions in the future but i doubt anything like this will ever happen again, Because i took the time to read ALL of the rules. I have now come to the understanding of the rules of this server. I now know the rules of this server are more severe and more different than all the other servers i have ever played on. But thats what makes it so unique and special. I am 29 years old and i will here on act my age. you have my word. Please consider un-banning me this is only my 3rd day on this server and i did not know all the rules. I am sorry it took me getting banned to read all of them.

In my defense i didn't even know about rule :  (13.2) Abuse/swearing or unpleasant behaviour towards the staff team is not acceptable (Punishment is a community ban without appeal) .

Please give me another chance.. i would love to be apart of this community it was a mistake that was a made and won't happen again!

But i do now know all the rules , I personally believe you won't have anymore problems with me in the future.

Well, this is an... interesting one.

First things first - What was all of this nonsense about "consumer reports" and "whats about to happen to this community will be justified too."?

We take threats like that very seriously here - and I'm curious to know what caused your sudden change of attitude. Was it possibly because we found and banned your other accounts? (ironically all under the name 'The Wise Guy')

Well Mr. SI Tampax,

A consumer report is for construction companies in reality,  A consumer report is where you contact the news company and they do a report on a construction company to see if they are worth hiring for jobs. So i was just blowing steam off pretty much so no worries there.

Well i don't honestly really know about whats gonna happen to the community i was just also pretty much just blowing more steam to be completely honest and honestly i was just pretty much saying anything i really could because well i was upset, I had just got banned off my favorite server i like to play on.

 Those are not really threats to be honest and i think the only real threat i ever really said was me calling you a bad admin which i apologized for..

 My attitude changed because i realized how wrong i was on the behalf of the incident that happened on the server ; for over re-acting on the subject when i was banned from the server,Honestly in my defense I did not know all of the rules at the time but since i have been banned i have read all the rules twice & Not because you banned my other accounts.

I understand why i was banned because ramming is considered using your vehicle as a weapon, Which i did and i am guilty for in the scenario which had happened  at the time just when you appeared from the debug- camera.

Mr. Si Tampax like i said before i am really sorry for the way i was acting.

I am only human and nobody is perfect, I ask of you can i have a second chance?

honestly i have said everything i can say to ask for you to give me a second chance. No matter the decision made i accept. 

 
Hello, I will be dealing with your appeal now, a couple of things I would like to ask and review first:

  • Can you explain to me why we have the VDM rule (in your own words)
  • Why you thought it was acceptable to be abusive towards a member of staff
  • What makes me think something like this wouldn't happen again.
@SI TampaxTakes his time out of his day to ensure people can enjoy their time in our community and for him to get messaged in an unpleasant manner isn't appreciated.

This would fall under common sense, any form of Abuse/Swearing or unpleasant behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • I believe you have the VDM rule to prevent people from using their vehicles as weapons, I will explain in the following examples :
  • A. They would be less likely to be hit by bullets or other projectiles in the event of a shoot out or fire fight.
  • B. They could more easy run over there opponents with their vehicles instead of getting out and taking the risk of getting shot.
  • C. They could also ram the others vehicle causing it to explode and kill anyone near it.                                          __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

  • I honestly want to say : I lost my train of thought when the event un-folded during the time and all i thought about was my self getting banned here are some of the emotions that caused me to  speak the way i did towards the staff member and why:
  • A. Frustrated ~ Because i did not understand at the time why i was getting banned for ramming him back, But i now understand why i was banned and i accepted it. That is why i was apologizing to all the staff i may have offended.
  • B. Confused ~ Because everything that was happening at the time was moving so quickly and i am not used to that type of judgement to be handed out so quickly.
  • C. Scared ~ Because i did not want to be banned off my favorite server to play on.

  • Because i have read the rules 3 times in a row since i was banned, I have had a lot of time to think over the event that had happened on the server at : 01/12/2016;
  • I do not plan on using my vehicle as a weapon *( Ramming)* *(Killing someone with the vehicle )* 
  • I just want to play on the server and role-play and enjoy my time with friends.
  • I am sorry that i made the mistake of ramming an individual with my vehicle and talking so rudely towards the staff, I believe it will not happen again because i now know how the server works, I understand that i will not stoop down to the level of others when they break the rules and I will not be rude towards the staff because i understand they are just doing their job on the server *( Trying to make the community a better place for people that actually want to Role-Play and enjoy there time while they are on the server.)*

I want to apologize for my behavior towards you Tampax, I understand you was only doing your role as a staff member, I also want to address what was said and what happened on the server,

I did not realize that ramming was part of VDM, I was under the assumption that VDM only included killing someone with a vehicle. My apologies for blatantly yelling & insulting you while you was attempting to do your job.. I really don't want to be banned permanently from this server for i love playing on it and i have so much tremendous fun. If you could please just get me un-banned from the team speak so i can properly apologize to you, I would be grateful.
