3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition: Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban) You are allowed to immobilize MRAPS (Hunters/Striders/Ifrits), as long as you are in an MRAP aswell. This is because these are some of the only vehicles inside of the game that do not explode upon tapping eachother. Using any other vehicle as a weapon will result in a ban.

I was banned for ramming someones car near the kavala church. I feel that a ban was unjustified and here is my reasons:
Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned because even though a ban IS the punishment for what I did the reasons behind it are different. I love the community on this server, It is so involved and everyone has a great time whatever they do whilst playing. My last appeal was denied because 'all you think about is the money' I don't belive this is true. It is a large factor of the game but there are many other things that build this community up. The friendliness is amazing and if you ever need something fixed or done thecommunity is here to help. I even posted about the Fuel being in $ and the developers soon changed it too £ which I find is what builds up a great community.
Now I was banned for VDM and what exactly in the VDM section did I get banned for you may ask? Well I got banned for: 'using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat' Now after a nice time on the server after a few hours I decided to see how the Kavala was doing as I don't really spent that much time down here. I come across these two toxic players who start yelling very mean language at me. Now I don't know about you but I find some words very offensive and so I did hear some stuff that did make me feel upset. I wanted to show them the best way I could I found this offensive and as their car was at the side of the road I rammed it only ONCE. I do feel very sorry for what I did after and I even messaged the guy who I did it to and apologized but I was out of luck that day. A admin drove past just as I broke this rule and caught me. He removed my vehicle and I thought that would be it, but no, soon after I was kicked and then when I log on the next morning I am banned. I apologize for any inconvenience I have caused to the fellow I rammed and too the admins who had to ban me for breaking this rule. I do thing I deserve another chance and I promise you I won't end up in this end of the forum again.
