In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was driving through the streets of Kavala when I double tapped Alt coming out of the tight highway turn in the middle of Kavala when I accidently hit a police car, side on (by accident) containing 3 officers. I decided to roleplay the situation and call my lawyer as I didn't see I'd committed a server offence, it was an accident after all. We roleplayed it for a while when suddenly I was banned for VDM.

Why should we unban you.
Because glitches do happen, nobody was injured/effected and I roleplayed the situation, I simply don't see why I was banned. I am sorry for if it looked on purpose and accept it could've sounded purposeful due to me roleplaying, but you have my word that it wasn't. Thank you.

You told a community member to go kill themselves... It's a straight no from me, however I'll let some fresh eyes look into this @Thesoldier

I had you mixed up with someone who spammmed a person in game with kill yourself, however I spoke with Crumble. Can you explain about this incident telling a member of the community to kill themselves on TS?

He'd repeatedly sworn at me, he stood in front of my vehicle while I was moving at speed and claimed it was VDM, I'd teamed with him for a while and given him money then he came in to Kavala and attempted to RDM me, then I returned fire and landed shots but in the end his firearm was bigger - he won. He asked me to come in TS, I was greeted by swearing and ignorance then moved in to the channel with admin, I couldn't get a word in and I just had enough so I said, 'shut up, kill yourself,' to which he continued with his spam. It was driving me insane. That's the truth, I may have made a mistake but I am honest. As for this issue, it was a glitch, nobody was harmed and in my opinion wasn't worthy of a ban but it's not my right to question an admin's judgement, I'm just stating my point of view.

Well unfortunately when the "admin" came around he doesn't know the situation, when you hear someone tell another person to kill themselves they don't know the context behind it.
