I dont actually know, i came online and i was banned rule 1.3? i was never told that i was getting a ban or informed that i might of provoked one.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i respect alot of people the server and i actually dont have a clue why i did get banned, i would also ensure what i did would not happen again and that is my word.

I do admit of my crime, i did indeed do this but at the time me and Fergus have had alot of conversations where he has been provoking me and trying to get me in trouble i've dealt with them with respect and calmness and for me this was the final straw, i was hot headed and was stupid to write this comment, he did indeed withdraw the report but that's not an excuse for my poor language, i do indeed apologise to you and also i apologise to Fergus himself and i can ensure you i wont do this again because i've learnt of my mistakes and lashing out in such a manner is not acceptable and i am coming here with the deepest of apologies.

 
I would remain calm, and i would either reply with a respectful and meaningful message and ensure no matter how many times they messaged/provoked me i wouldn't get hot headed and i would deal with situations all with respect that everyone deserves, i can assure you this incident would not happen again.

We are now currently banned for Retrain Glitching and also banned from Teamspeak. Seem's you don't want to follow our rules, even being banned for the same rule break, give me a very very good reason to allow this ban appeal to continue and not to just issue a perm ban?

 
I deeply regret what i said on team speak, it was a truly stupid mistake that will not happen again due to I have realised that is not the way to act, I am more informed of better decisions that I could of made which will be helpful if this situation or one like this would to arise again. I am sorry for the language I used, it was stupid and immature and I can assure you this would not happen again, because I will now deal with every situation, with a calm and respectful manner which everyone is entitled to, my actions were sudden and not needed, I do extended my deepest of apologies and have great confidence that this will 110% not happen again.

It seems you hold alot of anger inside you. you were here for a short period and caused issues ingame And on ts. 
It is just to many on a short period. 
you lost totally our trust. My advice for you is. Take some time to rethink your actions.
And come back after a month start counting from now.
