Dear Admins
Vaffla has opened an un-ban appeal
Your In-game name: Vaffla
Your Steam Profile ID: 76561198125831897
Your GUID or Steam ID: 3b6b9baeb59159dba1fa38998c999904
Date & Time you was banned:: Approx 00:15 GMT 06/09/15
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): Neo (In-game) - Fuel (TS)
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I messaged Fuel just to confirm something before posting it due to the rules regarding re-posting police information, and he cleared to repost this part only:

I don't recall any exact words but the theme was regarding a ban issued to another player as a result of a report I put in as the previous day or two. The above was said during the weekly police meeting when a name was brought up.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Rule 10 was specified, although I don't know specifically which sub-section of it.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I have received recommendations recently for roleplay and have made numerous reports against rule breaking players on behalf of people since I record all my gameplay. I do not actually see where in rule 10 I violated any rules either. I do agree it was perhaps in bad taste to say so (another member of the police messaged me instantly regarding it to advise against saying it, which I acknowledged), but to issue an immediate community ban for it I feel is an over reaction where a message or warning otherwise would have been sufficient. I have retracted reports in the past as a result of talking to people and giving them another chance where there is opportunity to learn and correct, instead of assuming everyone is perfect. I hope a single poorly worded message in a private channel meeting is not held against me for otherwise exceptional (I borrow the word from the academy members who done my AO/FTC/PA) gameplay.
Furthermore, the message was in response to a person who was indeed banned from the server, and I stand by my words in many respects that I do hold a certain degree of pride in ensuring people who blatantly break rules are removed from the community so that people who want to get involved in some proper roleplay can do so. Thus while it may have been posted in bad taste and poorly worded, I stick to my guns that I see nothing wrong in filing reports against people blatantly breaking the rules.
If your ban reason is "Forum Report - Date Here" then search the forums for your in-game name and that date and insert the URL below:
