RDM, VDM and money dupe

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So basically, me and my brother were going around and robbing people. Then we came across jamie and his friend. We were driving very fast and made signals to inform them to get out the heli, but they didnt listen and decided to try to fly away. So we decided to try to stop them by bumping into the vehicle as you have seen in the video, "but the speed was a little more than a bump" because of the adrenaline but i woulndt say its "vdm" because we didnt crash into them to kill them as you see in the video. Then we jumped out and said "Hands in the air and dont face me" If you listen closely you will hear it. He didnt listen and had a powerful rifle pointing at us, so we didnt have any other choice than shoot them. I didn't take this serious because in my pov, i tought he was just mad because we tried robbing them simply because i told him to get his hands up and dont face me. "If they want we can can comp them if they want"
Otherwise about the "money duping" is a big false report that hasn't been looked trought properly and didnt care at all and just drop the ban hammer. I tried to duscuss this with "Drew" But he didnt want to discuss this misunderstanding so i need to explain myself here. So what happened was me and my brother was doing Diamond, and when we were back we were discussing with a person in town witch seemed pretty wealthy, i dont remember his name but we were discussing and he asked if we did need any money. And ofcourse as i am desperate for money i will accept anything i will get. So he passed my brother 10 mill, we were suprised and splitted it and returning into our journey. Duping has is far away from what we did and rated said "How did you guys get 10 mill in one day" That was the way we got it, and if you checked the logs you would probably have found it out. If you check you will probably see that we didnt try to do something funny passing eachouder cash or anything else.. its only one transaction.
Why should we unban you ?
I love this server and i've been playing on it over 2 years now. I think the rdm and the vdm was a misunderstanding, and I and my brother take full responsebility for our actions that we should have listened and joined the ts and discussed this further. The money duping is something we didnt do, and if you guys will check the logs you would have probably found it out aswell. I will never do something stupid like this again, if we get asked to join ts we will listen and try to discuss the problem. I dont want to be banned from my favorite server, and i hope you guys will understand this.
