In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned with a friend, the reason being robbing a medic when we didn't know that was a rule, once the medic stated that it was against the rules we unzip tied him right away and then we went into the team-speak to speak to the medic we robbed and he said that he would try to get us unbanned because we were unaware

I now understand the rules fully and as soon as we were banned we went into the teamspeak to discuss what we had done.
