Why should we unban you ?
Im this guy ( https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198093190572/ ) and i have just one account

and the other account for my friend and we sit in same cyper cafe and he login in same PC was i sit ( same profile in arma3 )

he is my friend and we have same (friend list) because we are playing togther all games like ( H1z1 - CSGO more and more) thats it

That is a lot of coincidences. 

However, that does not explain why you have both shared the same name in the past?
Why has your friend not tried to get unbanned if you play together all the time?

cyper caffe for games , they have alot of PC (like 35 PC) he sit on PC i was use it and he didnt check the profile for arma3 , this is a mistake we did it and i learn about what im doing , thay have alot of customers , and i use another PC to play arma3 so i must make a profile for me thats it . about my friend ( cheko beko la) he make un-ban appeal . steam IP for my friend : https://steamcommunity.com/id/bofoz/

you guys think i play 2 account thats not true . becouse i say we are in cyper cafewe have alot of PC . one day my friend (cheke beke lo) was sitting in my on PC in cyper cafe . he just login and play . he didnt check the  profile and he make unban appeal ( https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/107857-un-ban-appeal-nasser-100718/ ) 
we are buying arma3 we are not play in same account . i guess you know about our ID . by theway he got oun PC .
