From reading the ban request thread on me and watching the video I would've said that it was blatant RDM.
Why should we unban you ?
Well I actually enjoy playing on this server and when I tried to login the other day to be greeted by a ban message, I was a little surprised. From a quick look on the forums I found the ban request and I saw that the video was not how I remember it. I remember saying in direct chat with my voice telling the two players to drop their guns on the floor, when they didn't I immediately was a bit weary and as I saw one of them turn to point his gun at me I shot straight away out of fear that he was going to shoot me. In the video you couldn't hear me at all which was when I realised it was my dodgy mic. My friends complain on team-speak about it cutting out a lot of the time. I know that one of your rules is to have a microphone but until this point I don't think it's ever cut out for that length of time so I didn't really expect anything like that to happen. I would be happy to compensate the two players that I killed if I was to be unbanned from the server.
