Works for me, I "healed" some one up last night totally fine no problems

Could you send a screenshot of your medical skills from the skills app please

I'm not in city atm but I had a laceration level of 0.01 but I don't have that anymore. I have no skills for healing. And just to be clear this issue is only for me, everyone else I know can do it fine.
