Unable to purchase clothing items

This has been an issue for my character for a few months now. and the problem is i cannot buy any clothing props from shops "Stuff from purple markers"

And as a result i cant buy cosmetic vests or masks ect. I have had cash on me and still doesnt work.

Only happens on one of my characters on CharID - 19083
