Unable to reload ammo

When I’m on as a cop, I’m not able to reload any of my weapons. All other officers appear to be having the issue too.

it takes the ammo item from my inventory and a green “reloaded” appears, but the amount of bullets loaded into the gun doesn’t actually change. 
I have heard that it is working for civs, however I’m not 100% sure on this.

Can you check F8 console please as this issue should have been solved
