Why do you think you were banned: I bought a zentorno on a character and on another character i borrowed 250k to buy a car, The borrowed money was technicaly transfered from one of my other characters as the person who lent me the money was the person who i bought the zentornos from. (Trading money between characters (indirectly))
Why should we unban you: Firstly, I want to make it clear that at no point did i intentioally break the server rules, nor did i knowingly transfer money from one character to another. The situation arose because the Zentono i Purchased happened to belong to a group member of mine on a different character. This connection seems to have led to a suspicion of a rule violation.

I Completely understand how from an outside POV this situation might appear as a cross character transaction However i want to assure you that none of these interactions were done with malicious intent or to benefit either character in an unnatural way.

I've Learned from this experience and will make sure to avoid any trades or deals involving individuals i have collections wth through other chartacters in the future to prevent the appearance of rule breaking.

i've been part of this community for several years now - actively and seriouslty for the last 9ish Months- and during that time ive never been in any trouble for rule violations. Ive spent countless hours contributing to RP on the server and i genuinely value being a part of this community.

I understand that this rule exists to keep the economy and RP balanced and prevent the breach of natural RP and i promise not make the same mistake again.

I completely understand and respect the staff members desicion-making process but i hope you can see that this was an honest mistake rather than an intentional breach of the rtules. Id be greateful fore the oportunity to return and continue contributing to the rp that we all love.

I hope all has been well?

I just would like to point out some things so you can hopefully understand why I have come to this conclusion for the time being. You were banned 22/10/2025 22:17 and put this appeal in 23/10/2025 00:20, two hours had gone by. You state that you "Completely understand how from an outside POV this situation might appear as a cross character transaction" but kept arguing against this in the ticket with the staff member, what changed in them two hours?

I would also like to quote something else that was said in the ticket by yourself "no worries, you have been tryna get the pair of us banned for the last 4 days so it dont rly matter what we say", where did this come from? If the staff member wanted to ban you or if you felt targeted by the staff member why did this not get brought up during the 4 days? Wouldn't they have already banned you if they wanted you out of the community?

Now I don't want to come across like a massive bitch to you as that isn't the case, I want to point out flaws in how this was handled. For someone who has been around since 2021 and has a fairly clean record I don't understand what happened or where it went wrong. Would you say your standards have slipped recently?

With reading how the ticket went I do not get this impression at all.

I do believe mistakes happen and this may be one of them times but how it was handled does not give me the impression either.

I would like to give you another chance one day but with the above in mind, give it another few days and try again with an appeal that is telling of the whole truth.
