Ban Reason: G1.5 / G2.12
Why do you think you were banned: Hello

To begin I would like to express my gratitude to whichever members of staff use their spare time to process this appeal. I believe I have been banned for displaying continuous low effort roleplay, and operating in grey areas taking advantage of certain game mechanics and other factors to benefit myself while avoiding roleplay with others. My current ban is a consequence of the continued behaviour displayed after receiving several warnings and a previous ban for low quality roleplay. Essentially I would log on at early morning hours, and continue to drill (at times) every safehouse on the server and look for gang safes that had been left open looking for some free loot and a bit of a thrill.
Why should we unban you: There is no doubt that my current ban is justified, and I have been given plenty of warnings and several chances to change the way I conduct myself on the server.

To give some context, I have been working a lot of night shifts lately and find myself with less spare time to dedicate to the community. However after finishing work usually around 4-5 AM I found myself needing to kill some time, and evidently found an activity I came to enjoy and indulge in frequently with the gang safe’s. My intentions behind this was never to target certain people, or to cause grief for other community members. Something I obviously ended up doing with my consistent terrorising of safehouses / open safe’s.

I have been banned for a few weeks now, and I have very much thought about my time within the community and how I decided to conduct myself in recent times, and it is blatant that my roleplay standard and effort to the server decreased at some point. This can be clearly seen as I racked up a lot of warnings / bans in a fairly short amount of time after playing without incident for many months.

I have come to realise in my own mind, there was no doubt I was suffering from some sort of burn out and I needed to take a break from the server and focus on other things. At the time I found myself unable to set these limitations for myself and instead went down a continued path of rulebreaks and poor quality roleplay instead as a way of dealing with it.

At the time I didn't give much thought or consideration to how other community members would experience my actions, but I can only imagine it was less than pleasant. The way I conducted myself was not done to create roleplay or good experiences for others which are some of the very key fundamentals to a good roleplay community.

I actually got banned on the very first day of my summer holiday, leaving me with more spare time over the last few weeks to do some self reflecting and to take some steps to ensure that if i was allowed to return i would do so with a new approach. Putting other community members' experience first, and to always ensure I display a high level of roleplay. I have also made an agreement with myself of sorts, that rather than allowing similar actions to occur in the future I need to show a higher level of self restraint and take some time away from the community when needed so I can return with a clear head, and function appropriately.

To end this appeal I would like to offer a sincere apology to whoever was affected by my actions and poor level of roleplay.

And a sign of gratitude to the staff team, which on several occasions attempted to guide and work with me to avoid ending up in this category of the forums.
Please confirm that you have read the unban appeal process and rules: Yes

There is a visible pattern of behaviour here. On several occasions, as you rightfully state, staff had attempted to educate you and prevent further issues, such as warnings or bans, from arising. You clearly did not listen; you might have heard, but you weren't truly listening.

This all took place over the span of six to seven months, depending on how pedantic one wants to be with the timings, and this is a significant number of warnings and bans to rack up in such a short timeframe - way more than most people accumulate in years. You're a perfect example of the Fair Ban System in action, and even then, it still...didn't...work. You didn't learn.

You can express your gratitude to those who tried to educate and work with you, but this permanent ban and subsequent appeal are a slap in their faces. If all those warnings and bans didn't trigger a moment of self-reflection or deeper understanding of the rules, how can we trust you to say you now understand your actions? You clearly didn't originally, otherwise we wouldn't be here, or maybe you did, and you didn't care? Only you truly know. I don't know which one is worse.

Another issue that troubles me about your short history on the FiveM server, starting on 23/07/2025 (almost one full year ago), when you created your first character, is the repeated incidents of poor-quality roleplay being highlighted against you. It's the bare minimum, provide (high) quality roleplay and create enjoyable experiences for others. You, on several occasions, couldn't.

I'm glad you can acknowledge that your roleplay standards consistently fell below the expected standard. If it'd been just once or twice, I could understand a slip, but four times in such a short time frame, even after discussions had, warnings issued, and bans pushed, raises concerns about whether you are truly committed to providing quality roleplay and enjoyable experiences.

The only thing I can say for certain is we're not ready to have you return. You may appeal this ban in six months. Your earliest appeal date is 19 January 2026; any appeals submitted before then will be automatically denied.

APPEAL DENIED

P.S. I've heard Rust is a good game for offline raiding; you should give it a try.
