Why do you think you were banned: I would like to start off and say sorry to the people that was involved or effected by my roleplay in this situation. I am not going to be here and justify my actions as it was terrible from me. In this scene I was talking to an individual trying to get him annoyed and angry. As I have done this he decided to shoot me which was well in his right. When he has done this I said I was going to fly out as it was 10 minutes before the server reset. I decided to quit the game. After when I decided to do this, I knew this was the wrong thing and decided to come back. When I came back I should of came back and decide to roleplay and make the scene and enjoyable experience for everyone. As I said before I don't want to justify my actions but I decided to session heads this individual as it was heat of the moment and as the community as gone down the route of a report after report that's why I decide to use the session heads. Long story short, I was took to pillbox and and came outside. Soon as a ran outside I was ran over by a local car. As everyone would be annoyed so I decided to log off. There is not nothing to justify my actions it was poor roleplay and it does not reflected how I am.
Why should we unban you: The reason why I think you should unban me is because I have been apart of this community for a long time and this unban appeal does not represent the roleplay I have given others before this. I would not say I am one of those people look go around causing trouble on the server. I didn't want to write up an appeal straight after the ban as I needed time to reflect my actions. If I got unbanned I would like to come back and keep doing what I was doing before with the new drug system as I cook as I spend unwholy hours. I really enjoyed this as the roleplay that came with was probably the best bit of roleplay I had in 4 years.

If you did all of this in the heat of the moment because you were annoyed how can I trust this won't happen again?

You have said yourself that you have been in this community for a while and these things keep happening, given that you have had a fair few bans why should I give you another chance?

I don’t usually get annoyed when on a game but this time it just slipped and it was a poor decision that I did what I did. If I was to come back I can assure that the community wouldn’t need to deal with these behaviour. I understand my impact effect the roleplay and if I was in another person shoes I would be very annoyed at this server is all about the roleplay which I did focus on a lot when I was in the server. This would be the reason why I wouldn’t do it again as to be quite blunt is unacceptable as we all know.
If I got another chance to get back into the community I would still have the same mindset as in roleplay trying to provide the best roleplay as possible. I have had some very enjoyable moments and provided. Hopefully I could come back as it is what I enjoyed the most.

You have been banned for combat logging before, so how can I take your full word in this?

How would you handle yourself differently if you were given another chance?
 
If I’m going to be honest. I know if I would be let back I know it would be my final chance to show everyone that I do derserve to stay about of the community. Mostly my bans have been combat logging. I know the consequences and it is a petty thing to do. In the future I would roleplay the scene even if the situation didn’t go in my favour and make the roleplay enjoyable for everyone involved. I missed the feeling of making people have a good time as that everyone is here to do. Thank you for taking time once again!

I have concerns, you know that you have more than one ban for combat logging yet you are here again? How do I truly trust this won't happen again

How would you handle things differently in future?

What roleplay are you looking to provide if you were give this last chance?

Previously I had a criminal character. I really enjoyed the gang roleplay. I had the most enjoyable and engaging roleplay I’ve had on the server for many years. I would like to continue my character roleplay story going forward. I feel like I have much more to explore and to provide if I was to come back. I also had another character which is Jamaican which I had some very funny and enjoyable roleplay. One of my best memories is having a stand off with a police officer Instead of giving him some roleplay and dumping him. I wanted to make sure we had a good laugh. So I decided to take him down the beach and sunbathe with him and take his down the pier. I’m not sure what the officer name was but we both said in ooc it was a great laugh and it was something different. I have some good avenues to go down if I was allowed back.

I know that my previous bans have been mostly combat logging. I know it’s a silly thing to do. Again I will be blunt and say combat logging is a silly thing to do as it truly ruins the roleplay and future scenes it could come with it. I would make sure I provided the best roleplay I can for everyone that is involved which I know that I can do. I would make sure that I roleplay my injury’s to the highest level as should everyone as it is a standard thing as the roleplay is very night which most server don’t provide. I know it is a privilege to be in a community like this and I wouldn’t want it to go to waste again as for the time I have been here every minute has been a rollercoaster. Thank you for the time once again!

Can we also go in to your use of OOC before the ban was pushed? Why did you use to call someone stupid?

To be quite frank. I was very annoyed. I know this does not justify my actions in the slightest. It was a terrible thing for me to do and it has no place for it. I cannot say nothing but apogise for my actions. Moving forward I would never do this as it wont get me no where and just cause problems. I have learnt whilst being away that actions does have consequents and I took it a step too far and there is no place for it. I can assure you this wont happen again.

Me combat logging, In moment I was not thinking about my actions. Every time I done it I knew I should not of done it. Like I said before I purely focus on my roleplay. I know this incident does not reflect this. I want to make sure that my intentions are clear to you. I know what I have done wrong here and I will not repeat my mistakes again as I don't want this to reflect my reputation towards my roleplay to this community. I would like to regain the trust and show how to represent myself properly to the highest standard.

This chance is not being given lightly, if you combat log again you will not be given another chance, I do understand that things happen that are out of our control so if these things do happen please follow the correct way to report that

Any other ban within the next 6 months will bring you back and and it is very unlikely that you will be given another chance. Do not make me regret this
