In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned because I broke the C2.3 rule. I left as a person was going to take me to sandy shores.

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because of how the situation started in the first place.
I was just minding my own business dealing coke, when a person rammed into me with no prior RP interaction knocking me off my bike (G1.1), I went to get on my bike saying you're getting reported for VDM but then he just shot me. I have this recorded however due to my settings you can't hear me but I was saying I'm reporting you for VDM and I don't know who you are. After he drove off I then wrote in OOC for an admin but no response. He came back and picked me up saying I'm the wrong person and offered to drop me off at the hospital but as we got near he decided to take me to sandy shores. It's clear he just wanted to mess around with someone for no reason, he probably gets some sort of entertainment out of it. So on the start of the highway, I decided to leave as I realized he was just going to mess about with me and honestly I couldn't be arsed because it was like 3 am and I joined so I can have fun, not be fucked around with by a random guy who I did nothing to.

Also, my older brother plays on my PC on his own account and he also got banned which he wasn't very happy about. How I found out I got banned was when he logged in, he uses the same PC as me sometimes but plays on another one too so our accounts are linked, I have discussed this IP situation with an admin previously and I'm happy to jump in a ts with him so he can get unbanned as he is pissed off he got banned because of me. I understand it's wrong of me to leave and I hope you can forgive me. I won't let this happen again. I will make a ticket in discord instead the next time this happens as I've realized that OOC does nothing.
I will never break the rules ever again if I do get unbanned, I have learned from my mistakes. Thank you for reading.

So you decided to not just combat log and break a rule, you also decided to break character? We have a compensation section on the forums for a reason. If someone has lost out due to someone breaking the rules they can get compensated. Therefore there was no reason for you to break any rules.

Next. Do you and your brother have separate discord accounts? 

Whilst your brother is also banned due to you being banned. Your brother has actually been banned himself for thinking it's okay to combat log and call people "faggot" so I'd suggest letting him know he would need to appeal.

I'm sorry, i will type it in OOC next time. I understand now that I shouldn't have said it through voip, i will make sure to type it in ooc if it happens next time. I did type in ooc for an admin however...

Your evidence that you provided in this appeal doesn't support your claim. Clearly something has happened prior and you provide a 23 second video? Which all it shows is you failing to value your life despite being at gunpoint which adds another rule break to you.

I suggest in your next appeal you think more deeply about your actions and give us a reason as to why you should get another chance.

Due to this being a combat log ban you will have to wait a month until you appeal it. You can try again on 13/04/2022
