Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for going to a situation without waiting my 15 minutes.
Why should we unban you: Ive had a think and a talk about it with others and i can see why you may think it was metagaming, i believe you may think its metagaming because i logged on whilst a gunfight was going on. However this was never metagamed, I logged off my 'Remy' character (before the fight happened) as i was supposed to go out at 10pm however 20 minutes or so after our plans changed and we decided to instead go out at 11pm instead as the artist we were going to watch was not on till later. In the meantime i decided to have a few pre drinks at home before our night out and then logged on my other character 'Barry' and planned to get my pounder out of impound that had blew up the day before and get it ready for when we deliver the materials to the Lost. Before i could do this however, i turned my radio on and looked at phone whilst flying in and had a few missed calls so was going to respond to these first. This was when my gang members were shouting on the radio telling me they were being shot by Grove and i decided to go help (granted this was under the 15 minutes i was supposed to wait). I did have a few drinks so i wasnt thinking straight before i went to help (not an excuse and am happy to have the consequences) but i definitely did not Meta Game and unfortunately i do not know how i can prove it other than being straight up honest like i am here. I understand that the staff team may think i was meta gaming or 'hopping on' but i can guarantee you this is not the case. If there is anything else you guys would like to know or talk about let me know as i am willing to help you understand my side of things.
