Reason given for your ban: g2.9 c2.2

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: i sent money through a friend who had no idea that i was taking from other accounts which resulted in us getting banned

Why should we unban you ?: this is my first time ever being banned ive never been banned in any server before i hold my hands up and say i was wrong i read the rules previously and i never actually took into account g2.9 rule this was just a misunderstanding and i aplogise and take full responsibility i know working on a server is hard work and any rule that is broken has to be dealt with accordingly i didnt mean to cause any trouble or harm to the server nor to one of my bestfriends who plays this server day in and out i would just like the chance to go back to how it was before i did what i done that brought us here i know that transferring money is a permanent banned i will not be doing this again i finally got myself a pc that runs smoothly and allows me to play properly and i do something so silly and get myself banned i didnt mean to get my friend banned as well he has no part in this even if i cant ever get another chance please can you give him a second chance as he was unaware of what im doing but if i could possibily get another chance this would not happen again i promise and i am sorry for taking money from other characters and trying to put it in my accounts pockets it will silly i wasnt thinking just being greedy! sorry once again and i hope we can look through this and i can get into the city and make some amazing content with friend

I'll pop a question I asked your friend also. Have you taken the time to read the server rules since you joined? If not please explain why. 

Now you claim you only transferred money, Is this all that happened? I'll let you know in advance honesty is key. 

 
Yh I made characters and transferred money that's all I done today sir honestly. And when I flew in this morning before work. I didn't read over the rule again that's my honest fault I was too excited finally got my build working I just wanted to jump into the action. I promise this will never happen again!

 
Explain what you we're putting in your friends house for us please?

oh yes i did a put a radio a sweetie, water, bandage and a knife in the locker sorry forgot about that. but that character has had access to that house from december when i was in and out the city a little so i did that off my own accord. wasnt intending on creating any trouble in the server at all i was just excited and wasnt thinking straight and abiding by the rule g2.9 as i didnt read over them which i regret now and wish i did so none of this wouldnt of happened. i have since read and taken in all the rules. i have been in other cities prior and done this so i just did it again i will not lie but its definietly a lesson learnt read all rules before actually part taking in a server even if youve been in it prior every city operates different

 
Whilst indeed one character does have access to the property, Both do not meaning you we're let into the property on the other character. This is what lead me to asking you what you decided to pop in there. 

Why didn't you read the rules prior to now, Wouldn't of that been a good idea? You've mentioned elsewhere it's fine however one thing to keep in mind, Whilst I cannot talk for others we do have our own community rules so I'd assume there is difference as a whole. 

If you we're unsure of the rules as a whole why didn't you reach out to a member of the staff team before hand?

I popped other there to go meet my friend and just get into some action and start roleplaying again he was In a position to show me how to make money myself when I'm alone and introduce me to a few people also. That was the only reason I met him at that flat there was just very convenient it seemed like. 
 

I just wanted to play the server and get back into role playing as I haven't been able to in a while because of my pc so due to excitement I just jumped into the city without thinking and made some dumb decisions without thinking about the rules and contacting a member of staff to double check and just make sure that this is ok to do. And yes it's true every city is different and has different rules, shouldn't have just assumed and tried to play off different server rules. 

 
Have you since then spent time to read over our rules both the GTA and Community ones? If so could you please quote the rules you broke and explain why you believe we have rules such as these in place. 

Furthermore, In relations to bans of this nature they do come with a full character wipe and deletion of all other characters. You do have four characters currently so if you would like to keep one you would need to let us know what one this is. In relation to a full character wipe, This is removing everything from the character, Vehicles, Money, Homes, Storages, Inventory ect... The only things the character keeps is RP memories and their story in a sense however items are removed. Do you agree to these terms?
