Why do you think you were banned: Why Do you think you were banned? G4.5 (Rules Surrounded when you have been revived) and C1.7 (Common Sense). G4.5 was placed on me as I took it upon myself to instantly go to the desk to claim back my items, After being downed and revived from hospital. I proceeded to attempt to help 2 people avoid being arrested, I used my knuckle dusters to down the Police Officer. There is no defence for this, It is a clear breach of G4.5 and I would like to apologise to the Staff involved, and the Police Officers involved in this situation, I was massively in the wrong, There is no one else to blame other than myself. C1.7 was placed on me, As I made an incredibly stupid comment about the server, Whilst also speaking out of character. Likewise with the other reason this current ban has been placed on me, I would like to apologise to everybody affected. It was something that I did not truly mean, but It was also spoken in the completely wrong environment. I should have held my tongue, But I didn't. For this I am sorry.
Why should we unban you: I have kept the first section the same as my previous appeal due to me simply not knowing what else I can add to it as I feel that explains the situation clearly and I know from my previous appeal that was not what the appeal was lacking. I wanted to focus more on here and make sure to explain why my standard of rp fell in my opinion, as stated on the last appeal this was missing from all my previous ones so I’ve made sure to have a think on what I think caused this. Simply I would say this was caused by a burnout on the server. Playing the server constantly I would say made me lack roleplay in a lot of scenarios which I know I am capable of maintaining the high standard of rp. I know this now from having a long break from the server. I can agree, it is still not an excuse to drop roleplay. Easy argument to this would be just to take a break and not play whilst breaking the rules, again I am truly sorry for this. I truly feel this was the reason behind the drop of rp and it was my fault alone for the way I acted when I was on the server and I know I’ve said it on multiple appeals but If I am allowed back onto the server this will not happen again. I'm glad you've shown a deeper reflection and thought on why you've ended up here.

You've stated that the reason for the drop in standards is due to burnout from the server. Burnout is something that affects many of our players; not all of them end up breaking rules, and others make foolish decisions. I think it's fair to say you fall into the latter group.

What specifically led to this burnout? If any of it is personal, you're welcome to reach out privately (via a forum ticket on Discord and tag me) to explain. Could you have taken steps to prevent this from happening? Did you?
In your opinion, how do you compare the level of roleplay provided at the time of your ban to your usual standard? How far did the standards fall?

You've stated that the comment you made that led to the C1.7 component of your ban was "an incredibly stupid comment" and something "you truly did not mean". I can agree with the former, but you haven't explained why you said that specific comment - "NoPixel is 10 times better than this shit box, sorry it had to be said". Did you mean it at the time?

Looking back to it I think I would put it down to what characters I continuously played on the server. Around the time of my ban I was playing on my criminal character but looking back now I think the problem was I was playing it with no actual reason, I was aiming to join any gangs or organisations on it or didn't have any specific activities to do or aim for. I think this is what led to the burnout, for example when I was playing other characters like my character in the lost mc I would say my rp was up to a high standard as there's constant rp scenarios ongoing and there is always some sort of objective to aim for. As I've previously even though these are my honest opinion on what led to the burnout I realise now that they are not excuse for the way I acted whilst on the server.

I would say it fell very low compared to my previous standard. As I said when playing other characters like my lost mc character and my criminal character in the past when I was apart of previous gangs, the roleplay standard was there. Because I had a good reason in rp to play the characters and all different activities to do.

Trying to think back to when I said it, I think at the time in game I was at the police station and I think I was driving a car into the barriers there. Then someone said something a long the lines of "You wouldn't do that in No Pixel" and then I said that comment back in response. As I said I know myself I didn't mean it I think just in the heat of the moment plus how my roleplay was on that character at that time I just said it whilst on the topic of No Pixel, Why another server was brought up I am not too sure on an exact reason of this other than I've played on Nopixel's servers in the past. On my first appeal I did mention the amount of time I've played on the server, if I meant what I said it would be very hypocritical of me since I have spent a lot of time on RPUK over the last few years. I can admit my roleplay standards hadn't just dropped from the point of these specific ban reasons, I would say they had dropped before hand which annoyingly led to these situations happening. I've also previously mentioned that I could not and still cannot think of any situations that happened around the time of the ban which left me frustrated about the server to make this comment.

I would say this isn't something I am prone to, as easy as it is to just say this I am confident if given the chance to come back I can prove this with my usual rp standard. I can assure this by as I said previously making sure I am playing the server with activities to do in rp, making sure I have a reason to play the server and not to repeat my same actions that led to this ban. Simply as well if I am feeling burnt out playing the server the easiest and simplest thing to do will just be to take a break whilst the ban has been in place I have just simply played other games even though I was banned it did at the same time server as a break until I felt it was the right to write an appeal to hopefully come back to the server, as you said this is a common thing for most people and clearly as I know now the right choice is to just take a break if it's needed. As I've said if I am given the chance to be unbanned I can guarantee it would not happen again.

I can easily say no I don't think I was influenced by anyone, I feel like this is too easy of an excuse for myself, the drop in RP, rule breaking and the lack of roleplay where my actions and at the end of the day I still decided to do them. So I can honestly admit my actions where my own as ridiculous as they were.

From what I can think back to, I believe it is the first time I've experienced a burn out like I did. Since I've been here a while it's hard to think back if I've ever had it before, it is possible but I am not certain.

As I said, simple and most obvious one is to just simply take a break if a burnout is effecting my rp meaning when I come back from any breaks I am happy to carry on playing the server as I would usually do. Other ways is simply don't make stupid mistakes as I have and if I am on the server abide by every rule set in place and use common sense.

Out of interest, if you were to return, what stories are you wishing to pursue/continue?

If I am to return to the server, my main aim is to hopefully carry on with my Lost MC character. It has long time since I was on so I am hoping to continue with that character, also I might be looking into making a character with possibly a G6 job. I have done this with a character a long time ago so this is something I could possibly do in the future, but as I said my main aim will be to continue with my Lost MC character.
