Why do you think you were banned: disrespect towards staff
Why should we unban you: i sincerely apologise for my past behaviour that led to my ban around 1 and a half / two years ago. I disrespected staff, and looking back, I fully understand how unacceptable and immature my actions were, I've taken time to reflect on my behaviour, and l've grown a lot, both in maturity and in how I interact with others in online communities. I now understand the importance of respecting the people who volunteer their time to make the community enjoyable for everyone, I very much miss being apart of the server and the unique roleplay experience it offers that feels very different to any other server on Fivem. If given a second chance, I'm committed to following the rules and showing respect to staff and players, and being a positive member of the community. when i was banned i was 20 years old and i will be 23 soon this year and id realy like the opportunity to prove that i have changed and bettered myself as a person

Hello Chad.
Looking at your ban, you were initially banned for C2.3 (Combat Logging). You then resorted to unpleasant behavior towards staff and your ban was upgraded, as outlined under rule C6.2, this behavior is not tolerated.

Please elaborate on your appeal, past the line of "... i have changed and bettered myself as a person", by editing your post and continuing on your appeal regarding the C2.3.

If you struggle to remember the situation, your character was at the civilian impound, you had been surrounded by a gang and proceeded to disconnect, and did not return or make any attempts to reach out to the players or staff OOC.

addressing the "C2.3 (Combat Logging)" situation that led to my ban.

i do remember the incident, and at the time, i was running late and had plans in real life. i had stored my car in a parkinglot and taken off my headset as i was shutting down my PC. From my perspective, there hadn’t been any direct roleplay interaction before or during the moment i entered the parkinglot but i understand that someone (or a group) had approached me, which i didn’t notice because i was already in the process of logging off my pc

Looking back i recognise that i should’ve taken a few extra seconds to put my headset back on and check if anyone was trying to engage with me. Even if it wasn’t intentional, i can see how it might have looked like i was avoiding a situation or trying to log out to dodge interaction, which really wasnt my intention at all and I’m not here to make excuses and i take full accountability for how it came across, and i understand the importance of maintaining immersion and respecting RP interactions, even in moments like that. It’s been some time since the ban and I’ve grown a lot since then. i genuinely enjoy RP and would love the chance to be part of the community again, this time with a more mature and responsible mindset.

and regarding the rudeness towards staff, at the time i must have just had the mental maturity of a 15 year old because thinking back on some of the comments i made is embarrassing. I would never speak to anyone like that now, and i genuinely regret the way i acted, especially over something that isn’t serious in the bigger picture

i really dont know why at the time i didnt just explain mysituation and take accountability like a fucking normal person so I want to sincerely apologise to the staff involved it was out of line, and i take full responsibility for it.
