Why do you think you were banned: My game crashed, I think the game mistook it for me doing some form of combat logging? I was in the middle of a commercial delivery so I don't know if it automatically cancelling a job is considered combat logging?
Why should we unban you: I was banned in error. I have video proof of the last time I played (when the game crashed) and I just tried to load back in and I am banned. I know the appeal process and rules says to try and give as much information as possible and not just a one liner, but I don't have anything more to show you. Video evidence of my game crashing can be supplied on request. Then next time I logged in I was banned. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would just like to know why I have been banned if anything.
