Why do you think you were banned: My recent ban is because I stupidly combat logged during an ongoing situation leading to me being back here facing another unban appeal that could have been prevented.
Why should we unban you: Firstly I want to say sorry for the lack of effort in my last appeal and I hope this time round I can prove to you it @C_Date and the rest of the team here are RPUK.
Secondly I want to say thank you for reading this appeal and I hope you guys had a great Christmas break and I’m sorry you have to deal with things like this during this time of year! I was banned because I combat logged which was a huge stupid thing to do and as it was really late at time and as the children had just woken up causing me to leave the server. Of course this is no excuse for my actions but I honestly thought the situation was over. Obviously at the time i knew this was a bad idea but I honestly had it in my head that I would fly out and deal with it in the morning. I also thought that would be somewhat the okay thing to do. I honestly knew it was the wrong thing to do which is why I am hear asking for another attempt to prove to you I can be a valued part of this community. Problem is as I have been banned previously for the same thing stupidly, that I have done it again and this time I whole heartily regret doing so. I really want to prove to everyone I can be part of the community here and I because I have made lots of friends and some fun memories in this city. I promise you guys if give the chance I can prove it was just genuinely a mistake and next I will use OOC to see if i could have flew out of city in case of emergency.
I fully understand why the rule is in place to make sure everyone within the city has a chance at good quality roleplay and everyone has fun during their time here in the city and to give everyone a fair and good experience.

I can only promise it wont happen again if i get this one chance again no rules will be broken.

Taking into account IRL circumstances is something that we as the staff team certainly can do.

What could you do differently if this were to happen again?

I’m grateful for you taking your time to respond and for just giving me your time in general!

Firstly if it was to happen again and if the issue ever happened again I would straight away notify the party involved using ooc or asking them to come to one of the voice channels in the discord channel. I would do so to explain my issue or reasoning for needing to leave the situation that is currently happening. I would or could open a ticket and explain my reasoning and avoiding ever leaving the server again without a good excuse to do so if this problem ever arises again. I would also like to take the time to apologise once again and can only promise this would and will never happen again given the chance to come back into the community.

So I won't beat around the bush here. I'm satisfied with the answers and attitude. If life happens, you need to inform staff via a ticket asap. What i will take is a little added reassurance.

  • Any bans within 6 months will put you back on a permanent ban (As per FBS)
  • Any bans for combat logging where you don't inform us of the circumstances will be a permanent non appealable ban
