Ban ID (just the numbers): 20115
Ban Reason: Ban evasion c1.15
Why do you think you were banned: I am banned for rule C1.15 ban evasion, which I know is applied to the person (me) and not the account. I am genuinely so confused as I have been in the server for a couple of months and never broke any rules, I am unsure fully what this ban entails as it just explains what the ban IS rather than why? It also says the ban date was 26..03.2025 which is 2 months ago so I am unsure why I have just got banned today. So if I could have some more information of what I have done wrong or how it has happened I would appreciate it greatly.
Why should we unban you: I think you should consider unbanning me as I believe I have done no wrong, as I said i would like some feedback on how this has happened as you will see in your logs that I have never been banned before so it's not that I have created another account and hit the bin, as it's my first account / character. Going off what I can possibly think of is that I have had my family member on his PC on my IP address using my internet. I think I should be unbanned as this is very unfortunate if you could possibly look back and see that it wasn't me on that account, and this account is my own account and I believe I shouldn't be banned due to someone else using my internet, as an example if my next door neighbour used my internet and same IP and this occurred then surely it would be very unfair to ban me for something I genuinely didn't do as I have personally never done anything wrong or banned on my actual PC, could look into that and see that it wasn't my PC that did any wrong and hopefully unban me

Walk me through the list of people that would've access the internet on your IP
 
Me and my dad currently use my internet / IP at my home (we both have characters in the city). My nephew did used to stay over at my house and I believe he joined RPUK, if you could see im not sure if you can it was on a different PC as I didn't even have a pc at the time. Since I joined the city it has only been me and my dad using my IP currently, not my nephew. I would also like to state that actually not sure if it makes a difference but since i joined the city (which is after anyone other than me and my dad used my internet) we had to get a new internet provider which would have created a new IP as my old internet wasn't capable of running 2 pc's in the house
 
Ok so I have a few more questions off the back of the response.

Are any of those players currently banned?
how old is your nephew?
When did you change you ISP?
 
Thank you, my nephew is 9 so I would imagine he was banned as it's an 18+ server but genuinely I had no knowledge or input on this as I had never used FIVEM it was his mum who helped him ( I have confirmed this with my family members) so his mum helped him set it up and then like I stated he came to my house frequently and used my internet and subsequently got banned. My dad and I have both been banned as were on the same IP. So I have looked through my emails and unfortunately don't have an exact live date for the internet, I can say it was roughly the 1st April 2025.
