Unban Appeal for DaveRaymond
In-game Name: Dave Raymond/ Nate White

Reason given for your ban: Character Separation. Transferring between characters.
In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I had been sharing my one characters container. I had been alleged to have been transferring items but i have not. Dave has been trying to make armour to sell therefore has the sufficient ingredients. Nate had been gifted drugs to sell with plastic bags. He had also been robbing pharmacies in order obtain materials to make meth. I have not been transferring items between characters. I do accept that I did use the container. I will happily take the repercussions of that. With me transporting one characters vehicles, if you look on the 24/04 i had completed many vehicle transfers. I was going to be doing the same today, so unsure of why the order of completion has relevance but can fathom why it would be an issue.
Why should we unban you ?: G2.9 - This never happened i have ensured i would not have a purpose for either of each characters itedds. One is an Armour Manufacture and the other is a Drug Dealing Criminal; who has never made the bags as he was gifted them on his first day in the city.
G3.5 - I appreciate have I have technically violated the T&Cs with this case. As stated previous i complete a lot of mechanic jobs, the relevance of the order i completed them did not in my perspective seem to be an issue. I will ensure if my ban is lifted to not do so again.
C2.2 - This never happened, i believe there may be a dev error as stated previous i have done my very best to ensure story lines never crossed and people didnt know who both characters were in the aid to ensure good RP. Nate has no use for Plastic Sheets as he was gifted them when he arrived. Dave doesnt have use for Plastic Bags as he is a solicitor and aims to maintain a clean PNC.
I hope you can accept this as an apology for my negligence. I will happily see the "death" of Nate White and removal of all his items in order to pursue Dave as the Solicitor he is known for. Dave is relied on upon many with multiple cases and personal relationships with his clients. I hope we can come to some sort of an agreement and allow me to learn for my mistakes and continue with the RP i enjoy.
