Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for being underage and breaking the rule C1.9, meaning I was underaged to play the server at the time. I understand RPUK needs to maintain their image and their rules to enforce mature roleplay and to meet legal guidelines, so I understand why I was banned at that time for breaking the rules
Why should we unban you: It's been several years since my ban, and I'm about to turn 19. My last appeal was denied due to the reason of the staff being unsure whether I was truly 18 or not but this time should be different. I've gained a lot of maturity and gained experience with other servers that I could bring in to RPUK. I would like to come back and spend time on the server and to participate in its future. I will maintaining the level of seriousness in the RP and respect the server rules. Thank you for taking your time to read this. Have a good day!

So let's get some things out the way.

On multiple occasions you've provided us with false DoB's which has caused a massive headache for those dealing with you.
Beside that, it screams to us that you are going to be dishonest when it benefits you.

How can we be sure you are of age now to play the game and at the same time how can we trust a word with that you're saying after your history here?

To address the occasions on me providing fake DoB's, I understand it caused a headache to the people dealing with me and I do apologies for that inconvenience. Regarding my age however, there is no real way of telling if I am age to play on the server, however throughout my years of playing RPUK even when I was incredibly young and immature I never purposely caused issues to others with the intent of being a nuisance to the players of RPUK. The same can be said about the trust in my word, again there really is no way to trust it other than providing me with a chance to play the server again.

Overall, it is up to your decision whether to unban me and give me another chance or to keep me banned, I would love to play the server again and spend some time on it.

You have already had the opportunity to be unbanned from 3 permanent bans in the past - most players don´t even get to that number, let alone coming back from them. This was your fourth permanent ban and it´s a serious one.

I´ll be honest with you, trusting your word is a big ask.

What have you been up to in the almost 2 years since your ban? Have you been keeping up with the community? Played other servers perhaps?

If I'm going to be honest about the last 2 years, I've played multiple servers but kept bouncing from one to another because they all failed to promote themselves and get a consistent and supporting player base, in regarding keeping up with the community, I've messaged from time to time my old "gang" Padrinos by keeping in touch. I've also talked to my brother asking how the server is as he is still playing it. Apart from that, outside of "playing" just went to university and that is basically all.

So would you say you have matured in the last two years? There has always been a suspicion that you were underage due to your behaviour... this is not something we would like to repeat.

How can I trust that you will be honest and forthcoming in the future? Your record does not leave much room for chances, I´ll be honest.

Yes, I would say I have matured in the last 2 years significantly, however in my defense I don't think people were suspicious about my age due to my behavior, I would like to defend myself and say I was never fully mature back then but I do not think I was the worst out of a huge bunch that played the server who were all 18+. However, the only way moving forward with trust is that the only way I could possible show that is by playing the server and just putting myself back into the community without any problems.

If you decide to let me back in, my plans are just to play the game and talk to people and put myself back there, in regards or story building, that I am unsure of. I would like to just see what RP comes my way and presents the opportunity to be apart of it.

Since I've been apart of RPUK, the rules I have broken is:
RDM/Poor roleplay, (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method, (C2.3) Combat logging,

The first rule I broke was RDM/poor roleplay. The rule is in place to protect the quality of RP. By breaking the server rules and participating in RDM I ruined peoples experiences and reduced the level of roleplay that I stand by. Without this rule, the server would become chaotic and every interaction/scene would result in shooting.

The second rule I broke was (G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method. This rule is in place to keep the characters story natural and not get any advantage from other characters that you have. By breaking the rule, I distrupted the servers economy and the development of my character at that time. This rule needs to be enforced to that progression that other players achieve naturally is not undermined.

The third rule I broke was C2.3 - Combat Logging. Combat loggings halts roleplay situations and prevents the natural outcome to happen. The main reason for combat logging is to avoid consequences/punishments. The rule is in place so that proper roleplay scenes carry risks and everything you do has to be meaningful and calculated.
