Why do you think you were banned: I was killed by a player and waiting like 5 minutes and my dinner was ready so i turned it off to eat dinner
Why should we unban you: I’d like to sincerely apologize for logging off while my character was down. I understand that this goes against the rules, and it wasn’t my intention to break RP or disrupt the experience for others. It was a mistake on my part, and I take full responsibility. It will not happen again.

I’ve taken the time to re-read the server rules and will make sure it doesn’t happen again. I really enjoy being part of the community and would appreciate a second chance to prove I can follow the guidelines properly.

Hi Phoenix,

I'm appealing again now as i have more time on my hands due to poor health.
After the ban i moved to play Rust for the last 11 months. I want to come back to FiveM but i don't want to play any other server.

Can you explain what the C2.3 rule is and why we have it?
 
C2.3 IS combat logging
Combat logging is enforced because it can ruin the experience for everyone. Doesn't fit in with a roleplay scenario.
 
You haven't really explained what the rule is
 
And on this occassion, why did you disconnect whilst downed?
 
And how would you resolve the issue next time, should you find yourself in the same predicament?
