Ban Reason: C2.3
Why do you think you were banned: I Think i was banned because i combat logged and i admit that it was 100% my fault i have no excuses. i understand what i did wrong and why i did receive the punishment as combat logging breaks roleplay scenarios and is unfair on the person who was engaging the roleplay and i completely get why i was banned for it.
Why should we unban you: I think i should be unbanned because i feel like its been a long enough time since my ban which was at the end of 2022 and it was so stupid of me to combat log, now im not gonna make any excuses it was my own fault and i was dumb. now looking forward i have matured and gained way more experience roleplaying on gta and in general and i still remember coming after school to play this server that i loved and enjoyed so much. i was so immature at the time and to be honest wasnt taking roleplay serious but i have to come to enjoy and love it deeply so getting unbanned on my favourite server would be such a dream for me so i can return and enjoy the server and add to it. i understand if you deem me not to come back as it is a pretty bad offence but i want to prove that i can add to the server in a positive way and contribute to roleplay scenarios. i have some friends on here too that play daily and i really want to return to play with them as it bugs me everytime they go on this server i cant play with them. i did make a unban appeal in the past but i was too busy with life to reply and school got alot so now thats why i have the time to make a unban appeal to hopefully get unbanned. i hope you understand and thank you for reading.

i tried to appeal like last year but i couldnt follow it up due to me having exams etc so i was busy at the time. i had been playing on a different community since but now that im really enjoying roleplay servers i thought why not try get unbanned again as i have the time now and i think my punishment has been long served.

It's good to hear that you've been elsewhere and have picked up experience, that'll help you massively should you return.

Can you explain what rule C2.3 is, and why we have it on the server?

of course no problem i understand people are busy and i have been too, C2.3 is a community rule and it is combat logging. combat logging is when you log out during a roleplay scene such as being incapacitated which i believe is what i did at the time. but it also can take effect if you are arrested/restrained, its important as it breaks roleplay and completely destroys the scene if you leave and its just dumb of me to have done it and i deeply regret it. i think its on the server as it helps stopping players just leaving when they are getting arrested or incapacitated which is a good rule to have as it keeps the flow of rp in the city.
 
Due to the age of the ban, I won't be asking you to recall the whats and whys of the situation. What I willsay is this.

I'll give an unban in this situation with the following conditions.

  • Any bans in the next 6 months will put you back on a permanent ban (As per FBS)
  • Any bans for combat logging, in the future, will be unappealable (no chance of return)
If you accept, I can move ahead
