Why do you think you were banned: I was playing last night, got a little bored and was just driving around. crashed and died on my own, no one else was anywhere near me and I didn't call for medics. I interpreted the rules as you can only not log out while dead if you died rping or called for medics.
Why should we unban you: Evidently I misinterpreted the rules and I apologise for that. I genuinely thought it was fine to just log out then as I hadn't called for medics or involved anyone else in my death

I read on the discord a discussion about C2.3 and it said the rule would be updated to say "Logging out at any point during RP or whilst incapacitated is exploiting. " which is how I would now interpret it. I would like to point out that the rules on the website haven't been updated to say that yet and I personally feel in its current wording I could be forgiven for thinking it was ok to logout while dead if not in a rp situation. I'm not trying to argue the rules tho I understand now, incapacitated = no logging out rp or not
