Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for giving out a 250k loan from the money I got from selling my Zentorno to Dimitri and giving it to his David character.
Why should we unban you: Thank you for taking time out your day dealing with this appeal.

To start things of with me replying to the question of me getting denied

"I just don't understand as you have been warned about character sep recently (04/10/2025) and have been banned for this very same rule break some years ago. How is there still confusion about this?"

That's correct, I got pulled by Violet and got a warning because I mentioned my brothers name/other character Gus and we had a chat about it and it was all settled, I've never repeated the same rule break twice and I don't think its fair to bring up a ban a few years ago when I had no idea of roleplay as well as it being my first Roleplay server.

I'm well aware of the character separation rule and like I mentioned in my last appeal it was just a genuine accident, Me and Dimitri have been players of this community for a while now and I think we both know better to not break any rules that's just going to get us both banned. I definitely understand why we was banned and why the ticket was made, I take full accountability and would say its my fault why we got banned, I simply should avoid doing any trades with any of my members that has second character because things just get messy.

All I can do is apologise for my actions and can assure you nothing like this will happen again. If I was allowed to come back as stated in my previous appeal I would go through the route of Wade and carry on C-Block and carry on the feuds we have with other groups and see how the RP leads. I'm happy to wipe my characters money and assets because it was never something I valued whilst playing this server and I'm here to simply have fun with the interaction I make with other players.

If I do get unbanned the server would receive so much more to do whilst having C-BLOCK around, A lot of people like to speculate/hate on C-BLOCK because people either haven't interacted with us or have lost stuff, No other group does what C-BLOCK does which provides so many opportunities for groups/gangs to interact with or retaliate because we never ever dump people/take the easy way out, In the first week we've made a name for ourselves and had so many gangs behind the scenes making up alliances to set up/Scam C-BLOCK which is RP that comes from us and the snowball we create. Its not all about what's in the surface and that so much happens behind scenes like planning, observing and executing the tasks for example the stuff we did in Hardwick how that created RP for the Lost/Firm and other parties that have relations to these groups. The server would benefit having people like Me/Dimi/Gustav and Steve Stacy because we can Roleplay.

Whilst I appreciate what you're saying about this C-BLOCK group, but I find your response on how you benefit the community quite short sighted. There's a lot more to roleplay than the gang life, are you not interested in anything else? You have three characters, one in C-BLOCK, the other two don't seem to have saw much use...

I ask, as if you were to be unbanned, all but one of your characters would be deleted, and the remaining one would be completely wiped. I'm interested to see what positive contributions to the roleplay scene you can outside of what seems to be your usual comfort zone.

Hello Bonzi, Thank you for the reply,
I'm quite inclined to make a G6 character and may see a different side of roleplay, I know I haven't really been using my other characters because I've been focusing on Wade and building up C-BLOCK but at the moment I don't really know the future of C-BLOCK so I might go down a different path and see where the roleplay takes me. I am aware of the character wipe and I would still like to keep Wade and if I go through with a legal character ill just make a fresh character, I know what I'm capable of RP wise and I've shown it on Gus (RIP GUS) many times and definitely going to do the same on Wade or another character to keep things interesting.
