Why do you think you were banned: Good Evening Staff, Before i even advance into this i would like to take the time to say thank you for your time with reading this appeal and can hopefully find it in your best intrests to look further into this and potentially unban down the line through appealing this.
I believe i was banned through a mishap in communitcation and misunderstaning of the facts given on the unban appeal. After the final decision from the staff member who commincated the Ban some of the elemets of what he stated did not match up with what was written or stated by other individuals in the report and defence sides of the report. I am aware that i could have disputed the ban decision or raised a ticket in reguards to this as it felt quite quick to be summerirsed. However due to the situation and how everything was dealt with i thought it was best to leave it as it was, take some time away from RPUK and accept the punishment and learn from the mistakes.
Why should we unban you: 1. First reason i feel i should be unbanned is the whole report against myself and the other individual did not meet up to the lines of the reporting policy and rules stating that it had to be spoken about the truth. as pointed out in the report the reporter said it happened within 2 mins however the other reported individual displayed evidence of this not being the case.
2. While we were offering to give some more evidence that nothing was done or said within this case to lead to the final decision, the first staff member asked if i was able to get more video evidence defending my side, however to no avail this wasnt done due to the individual i was trying to get it off said it hadn't saved. And then the final ruleing was made injus in my opinion as no more evidence was asked for which was offered to be provided if required.
3. I feel like my time away from RPUK has been a missing aspect of me, the community and freinds that are made here are on another level and personally i have not felt as one as i could be. I have had multiple people message me staing they are missing me and hoping i appeal this ban.
4. I feel as if within my time at RPUK i have provided the best RP i possibly can allowing stories to play out to create a whole larger stopryline as time has gone on. This to which i have spoken to people in QE or DMs having message or talks about what they loved within a situation.
5. I have only been banned once before and it came through misjudgment and error on my behalf which was caused to decreasing mental health but also a minor misunderstanding from the staff team. To which after this i was told if any thing like this to happen again make sure to alert staff to make evidence tha this rule is nopt being broken.
6. RPUK has been a big part of my life weather tha be from being in the public sector or being in the life of crime, it is something tha has helped through hard times but also madde the good even betrter than what iot alrerady is.
In total to summerise this i have taken the ban and waitined till i can appeal as at the end of the day the staff team have made a dewcision and i have respected this and accepted itr along with the understanding of why they did it. So to that end all i can do now is apologise for my actions and promise to continue to provide the highest quality RP i can give. Furthermore if i am to be in doubt at all of any rules or potewntial breaks i will open a staff ticket as i have done previous to make sure i am within the rules and/or not breaking any. I would be greatly appriciated for the oppitunity to come back to RPUK and am willing to do anything possible to return back to the community and join my freinds again playing.
