Why do you think you were banned: So I have been banned for Game modification, as it is 2 months ago now, I thought I would give it another try to prove my innocence, as I haven't been using game modifications except for using screen stretching when inside the car only to have a better view in general. As last time I sent all of my clips that I haven't been cheating, and I am gonna do it again. to prove to some extent that I haven't been cheating.
There are moments where I have good aim, some moments where I have bad aim, and some moments where I am just completely trash, like in the one linked below. But as I haven't been focused on gang fights only, I also enjoy the RP behind the fights, enjoy the RP when having someone in the back seat, giving some kind of medical roleplay, but as this is not the topic, I don't wanna drift into another topic. Maybe some more background about my ban. When I saw it firstly I was shocked, because I have been spending so much time on the server, I haven't even thought once about cheating, well while at some point when I got killed I thought they might look weird in the way I got killed, I always tried my best not to mention it or anything else in any way. I despise cheating, and I wouldn't do it myself.
I do understand that keeping the server fair is difficult, as there might be cheaters who are not detected, I am not one of them. The only infraction I ever had was due to discrimination which was never my intention to be discriminating at all. I always played fairly, and never used any third party software/cheats to gain an advantage over other players. I do respect the rules, I do respect the players in this Server and the staff members who use their volunteer time to uphold the rules and integrity of the server.
I AM GONNA ASSUME THAT ANY CLIP COULD HAVE GOTTEN ME BANNED, lets agree that cheating is mainly about 2 things, wallhacking and aimbotting, so I will try my best to prove I wasn't aimbotting or using wall hacks, on different occasions which range to 2 months.
1st clip: This clip shows enough evidence that I am not using any cheats. I knew hustlers is coming up because, they were chasing us to the point where the car broke, and I just preaimed the angle, waiting for them to push, but I whiffed my shots and even got hit, to the point where I had to use a new body armor. (April 28th.)
2nd clip: It shows evidence that I am not aimbotting. (May 12nd)
3rd clip: Shows my insane aim. (May 10th)
4. This clip proves I am not wall hacking or aimbotting either, as you see. I even whiff many times, just spraying. (March 1st)
5: Not aimbotting either, literally just spraying the window of the car, hoping to take the person out. (May, 25th)
6. (April 22nd) This clip shows, me jumping down, not even realizing that somebody is there, and also when I saw him firstly I thought he was someone from cutlass, so it took some time for me to consider shooting him or not, till I got shot first. There were comms before that they were on big red. Then I got told on the heli as well, so I got distracted and looked at the heli, fell down, and as i said, took me some time to think if he was Cutlass or Hustler member, till I got shot and knew that he was Hustlers.
If I am missing any clip, and you might have the video of it, maybe just share it here and I'd love to discuss it out as well, as those are all clips I have found in recent time which spans around weeks.

Why should we unban you: From the start I joined here a year ago, I met many people, people from Grove, Marabunta, Hustlers, Cutlass and so on. There were few people who were questionable for me, but even then, my memories with the Server are really unforgettable, I got banned due to me being accused of using third party software, while I never used it and never intend to use it. I have played every game I ever touched in a fair way. I built so much in this Server, I spent more time in one year on the Server than most people. As this shouldn't be seen as excuse that I never cheated, I just want to highlight that all the memories I made, all the time I spent here, is really valuable to me.
I want to cooperate fully, shall it be a PC Scan (which i know you guys don't do for reasons, but I heard others do that, and I don't really know if it's fine to do or not but if it proves my innocence I am willing to give it a try)
I would love to see the Clip which got me banned, or the proof which got me banned. Maybe I can explain it, maybe I can clear my name and not be labeled as cheater in general. I would love to join Discord or Teamspeak with any staff member and go over the Clip which got me banned, if it doesn't work over the Forums. I would love to tell my view about it, I never cheated. My personal mindset always has been, that cheating is disgusting, and I still think like that.
I’m aware that anti cheat systems sometimes gets false positives, and I hope my appeal helps clear up any misunderstandings in case I ever got flagged for whatever reason in this way. I am aware that you might think the ban is justified, but for me it is not justified at all, as I haven't been cheating.
And I hope that all the clips and my commentary to them, and also the other points I mentioned are enough, to prove my innocence.
I know that Drex said, that any further appeal will be rejected, but for me it is not fair, because I want to prove that I haven't been cheating, so therefore I think writing this appeal is justified.
