Ban Reason: Discrimination, Common sense, Idling, Breaking RP in voice, Roleplay everything, Poor quality roleplay.
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for breaking multiple rules during a kidnapping scene with a gang. My roleplay was low quality and I ruined the scene by going afk without saying anything or giving a reason, which messed things up for everyone else. I also broke character in voice chat by talking ooc, didn’t use common sense, and didn’t join in properly. On top of that, I was rude and disrespectful to other players. The worst part was my transphobic comment when I asked a player "Do you like the Transformers movies?" After she said yes, I said "Of course you do," which was mean, childish, and broke the no discrimination rule. I also didn’t treat the ticket against me seriously, which was disrespectful to staff and players.
Why should we unban you: I am truly sorry for everything I did wrong that got me banned. I broke a lot of rules in a short time, used hurtful language, discriminated against players, and didn't take the roleplay or community seriously at all, it looked like I was just trolling. That upset a lot of people and left me with a bad reputation. From your other reply I know my appeal was okay and I owned up to what I did, but your weren't convinced I really changed in such short time. Now its 2026 like you suggested to make another appeal, I've had a lot more time to think it over properly. I missed some things in my last appeal, but I take 100% responsibility for every rule I broke, including being rude to players and causing issues. In my old appeal I also made it sound like I only started respecting people later, that's not what I meant. I've always believed everyone deserves respect, but my actions back then showed differently. What I said was wrong and hurtful, and there's no excuse for it even if I thought it was just a joke. I also kept messaging staff for an unban after being told not to, that was immature and ignored your process, and in the ticket I also didn't take it seriously at all acting like it was nothing and that only made it worse for not only myself, but for the staff and the players involved as well. I should've handled it with respect instead of acting like it was no big deal. I've learned a lot since then and promise to take the roleplay, the rules, and the players seriously from now on. This was my first evert roleplay server, so I was new and didn't know any better, but that's no excuse, I own up to all the mistakes I made. While being banned I played on other servers and have worked on getting better and roleplay and acting right. If you give me a second chance, I will follow every rule, and treat everyone with respect they deserve, and I will prove this through my actions that I've changed for good. I really miss the server, the roleplay, and the friends I made on there. I just want the opportunity to come back and prove that I can be a positive part of the community. One more thing I need to own up to, in my last appeal, I used to help write parts of it, not the first appeal or the second reply but I did use ai on my last reply. I thought it would make it sound better and more put together, but it just made it look fake and not like how I really talk. That was dishonest, and I'm sorry for not being upfront about it before. It went against the appeal rule and against what you wanted, which was genuine appeals from the person themselves. I won't do that again, this one is all me, in my own words.

Firstly, I appreciate the effort you have put into your appeal and the fact that you are taking responsibility for your actions.

Now on to the rules you broke. I must say, that is a lengthy list on a single ban being placed - unfortunately not exactly something that is painting you in a good light. Please run me through what led you to act in the way that you did. As far as I can tell, the players involved in the scenario tried their very best to make it enjoyable and interactive for both sides, yet you decided to sabotage the whole interaction with your, quite frankly, very immature behaviour. Why? Should people not be excited to be given a proper storyline and extensive roleplay instead of trying to get out of it by breaking rules?

Thanks for reading my appeal. Your right, that was a long list of rule breaks I broke in one go and it doesn't look good at all. I take full responsibility for it. And to answer your question. What happened was I was having a really bad day that day and on top of that I had something really important I needed to do irl right then, so I was stressed and agitated when the gang kidnapping started. I know the other players were trting to make a good story and include everyone, but because I was in a bad mood and felt rushed, I just wanted it to end fast so I could log off. Instead of saying that properly or asking to pause/leave the scene nicely, I acted immature and broke rules to force it to stop. That was wrong and unfair to them and thinking back to it only made things longer and worse for me. There is no excuse for my actions even if I was having a bad day or had something to do irl, I shouldn't have let that affect the scene or ruin other peoples roleplay. I messed up and I own that completely. I've had time to think about what I did since then and I know better now. I won't let real life stuff or bad moods make me break rules again. If you give me another chance, Ill follow all the rules properly and respect other players time and effort. Thanks for considering my appeal.

What happens when you have another bad day though? Will we find ourselves in the same position again?

Also, I would like you to list the rules you were banned under, describe them in your own words and explain in detail why those rules are in place and what effect it would have on the community and the server if we did not have them.

Thank you for reading my reply. If I'm having another bad day I won't let it ruin rp again, that was immature of me. If I'm stressed or busy in real life or I've got plans prior I just wont log in or start/join scenes or if i get caught in a scene I think its better just to finish the scene instead of making it longer and worse for myself like I did when I got banned, I have learnt from that. And for the rules I broke explained all in my own words:

1. Discrimination - anything hateful in general or about race, gender, sexuality etc and for the reason this rule is in place is to keep everyone safe and feel welcomed so no one feels attacked and without it things get toxic and people quit the server and the server loses players and good vibes.

2. Common Sense - adult thinking because its an adult community, not everything can be covered in the rules so some things come down to common sense and this keeps things mature and fair. Without it can be unneeded fights and arguments about rules and this can overwhelm staff as well.

3. Idling - if your afk longer than 5 mins its better to just disconnect from the server because the server is busy and it frees up slots for players and you shouldn't go afk in a scene because it ruins the rp and if you really need to go say nicely that you need to pause/leave the scene.

4. Breaking rp in voice - No ooc talk, arguments or real life stuff in voice you should always keep it in character and this stops drama and breaking immersion. Without it scenes get interrupted and ruined by fights, drama and people get mad.

5. Roleplay Everything - Stay in character at all times because it makes the rp feel real and it allows stories to build properly and without it rp can feel fake and effortless so serious players leave for other servers.

6. Poor quality roleplay - always put real effort in and detailed thoughtful rp and consider how it affects others because it keeps the server high quality fun and immersive for everyone amd without it becomes boring and troll and good roleplayers quit and can give the server bad rep.

I understand why these rules are needed because they make the server good for everyone. if I got anything wrong pls tell me. This whole reply is all in my own words and I did not use any ai for any of this. Thank you for considering my appeal.
