In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned six months ago now for starting a "Get rich scheme with different characters" over the course of 2-3 days I was making new characters going to casino betting the starting cash away and the repeating this process until I was found out and banned this was naïve from me as I know this community is very strict with the rules to ensure every player has a fair playing field and no one has an advantage over others. My intentions where never cinister and I didn't intend of using the money I was sometimes making to leverage myself above others however can see why the re precautions where taken.

Why should we unban you ?: After 6 months and conversation after conversation with mates about aw how class was this and how good was that, RPUK just seems to give these moments time after time moments you look back on and cant help but laugh. So now instead of watching old clips or re jogging the memory I feel its time to continue making more of these moments sharing them with ourselves and random people we meet along the way. There comes a great satisfaction of logging in and not knowing what's going to happen during the your time in the city every experience is different and this is something I have truly been missing. I don't have the greatest track record but I feel being taken away for 6 months has been the wake up call to make sure something like this wont occur again as It feels like I've let my self down taking by something like this away from myself and it purely being my fault. I just want to log on and here the Iconic R to the O to the L to the P ............

13 Characters you have created... 9 of those you did this make new character gamble and delete process. You was previously banned for transferring items over and now you are making multiple people to gamble. What would you have done if one of your throwaways made a decent amount at blackjack?

As I always am I am going to be completely honest on here the intention was never to leave that casino with money if I made big money Id make big bets and we all know how that goes, but hypothetically if I was to win 20 big bets in a row I've never really had that amount of money to know what you can do with it other than by cars.

So, you had just come off of a perm ban for transferring money and then you go and do this? Are you even interested in roleplay or just min/maxing in the casino? there are many websites where you can gamble with real or fake money, why take up a slot here when others want to use it to actually RP?

As you say there's many other places/sites to gamble and many other servers so I wouldn't be here making an appeal if my intentions where to gamble instead as stated above I want to make new memories and experience the quality moments that happen while playing rpuk. This was just a freak few days that I can assure wont happen again and if I want to bet ill earn the cash and the do it.

Having two permanent bans in a close time apart from each other isn't a good look, However breaking the same rule twice in both permanent bans looks worse. So with that in mind, How can we trust giving you another chance after doing the same thing multiple times ?

You put this in your previous appeal; "Lastly id like to promise you that you will not see me on these forms again as consequence of a ban." Why did you risk it all, What was the point in it ?

Your completely right this is not a good look or a good reflection of myself which is what pains me even more I’ve got no one else but my self to blame so this 6 months has been a great reflection time to better my self and get the wake up call that was much needed. How much I miss this community is the reason it affects me so much and why I want to make these self improvements and keep these promises and live up to these statements. I very much myself believe trust can’t just be given it must be earned that’s why if given a chance I will earn your trust and the rest of the community's trust back as I have let many people down yourself and others who look over these forms very much included and I can only apologies and from now let my actions do the taking. Lastly the point, I'm not going to make something up say this or that as I always thrive to be honest so genuinely there was no point other than just to pass time but with this reflection period I mention I can make the decision just to log of if I feel I've stopped roleplaying and as soon as I want to get back into it ill log back in and get going again instead of finding stupid ways to past time.

I would like you to quote me the rule you broke and tell me why you think it is in place and what consequences it would have if it was not.

Furthermore, is there a concern with the gambling here in general?

C2.2 This rule is the un prohibited use of exploits in my case making various characters and min/maxing in the casino with them, when the characters ran out of money theyd be deleted and a new one would be made. This is to stop players gaining an edge on others with a cash advantage, if not in place the economy on the server could become unbalanced as you could keep going till you get the start you want meaning every player is beginning in a good place.

Not at all with the gambling it's not something I commonly do out of rp, as mentioned just a freak few days that I can assure won't happen again also as mentioned If I ever want to bet again in rp ill earn the money via the various different jobs in the city.
