Reason given for your ban: C2.2 G2.9

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for transfering items from one character to another.

Why should we unban you ?: I was banned over three months ago for rule (G2.9) I would like to take this opportunity to admit that I knew what I was doing was wrong, and I take full responsibility for violating the server's rules. I have broken rules such as RDM and was punished for these. With each case, I took from the situation and learnt from it.

I have realized that what I did was not only against the rules, but it also goes against the spirit of the game. The server's economy is an essential part of the gameplay experience, and my actions affected the game's integrity. I now understand how my actions affected the community and the economy, and I do regret what I've done.

While I understand that it may be difficult to trust me again, I want to assure you that I have taken the time to reflect on my actions and have since taken a break to re-evaluate my priorities. I did truly enjoy my time in the server and the community, and I regret what I've done. I hope to have the opportunity to return and be a contributing member of the community once again.

If given the chance to come back, I would like to focus on improving my roleplay and building my characters, while following the server's rules and contributing positively to the community.

What did you transfer and who helped? Now remember that honesty is the best policy. Don’t lie to us, we know a lot more than you may think.

 
I realised the amount of time I was spending on fivem and games in general wasn't good for me and my mentaility with the game was bad at the time, hence the break . In the time since I have missed the community and the whole of RPUK and know if I return I will have roleplay as a priority. During these months, I also had less free time due to personal reasons.

 
Firstly, why did you do it?

Secondly, Please do the following -

  • Quote the rule you broke
  • Explain it in your own words
  • Explain why we have it in place



And, thirdly. These bans come with a complete wipe of a character you'd like to keep but the others will be deleted. 

  • Do you agree to these terms?
  • Which character would you like to keep?

Honestly, at the time of the rule break I'd been playing the server continuously for a long time and was worn out of the gridning element of the game. This and a mix of less free time to do this grinding were the main reasons.

(G2.9) Transferring money or items between your own characters is not allowed by any method.

As the rule states, transfering money or items from one charater to another in any way. I would also say that giving friends items on one character to help your other character would fall under this rule.

This rule is in place to make sure the game economy stays balanced and doesn't give any player an unfair advantage. This also makes losses of items/money less significant, which takes away from the whole experience of playing on a server like this.

I do have a few questions about this, if theres any way I could open a ticket or join a call with a member of staff to talk about this. But overall I understand that these are the conseuences of my actions and will accept the terms. The character I will chose to keep will depend on some of the questions I have

Questions about what? G2.9 bans come with deletion of all character except 1, and a wipe of one of them. There will be no way around this, especially considering you have broke the rule prior before this ban

 
I know, as I said I understand this and accept the terms. I just wanted to know certain smaller things such as if saved contacts, criminal history is also deleted, and if im able to continue my characters storyline as previously?

However these things aren't going to make me not want to play and aren't all that important and so I would like to keep Pablo Mankilla if I was to get unbanned.
