In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was expressing apparently "discriminatory" views.
GreyWolf was waiting outside of the Airport Greenzone to arrest Borz. I wanted to stall so that I could message the police to my location, so I did exactly that, I stalled.
Why should we unban you ?: The definition of the word "discriminatory" is "making or showing an unfair or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people"
What I did was not an "unfair distinction" nor "a prejudicial distinction".
I called him a homosexual once (because he had my male friend in the back of his car) and saw that it stalled him, so I carried on. I was also fairly certain he called me a "fag" at the start, although after reviewing his footage I am not too sure anymore, however, I do not think "fange" (which is what it sounds like now) isn't any type of slang, so again, I am not too sure what he was calling me. I never crossed any line. I never used any slurs, because I mean no offense to any homosexual people.
Why I called him gay?
At the start, I told him to come close, then when he got close I called him gay, and said: "what are you gonna do, have sex with me?". That was all to stall for time. I don't see how that is discriminatory. I literally only did that to stall and because we were both males, there was no hidden homophobia behind it.
Firstly, in the clip, GreyWolf said "come over here", to which i replied, "ughhh don't say cum, thats wierd, are you gay?". That was because "come" sounds like "cum". It is important to note that that the "are you gay?" part is completely seperate. If he or I were a female I would have said, "are you straight?". It is also important to note that (and sadly I have no footage of this) I was told previously that Poseidon rapes whoever they take to the tower.
I literally said, while roleplaying that I was only calling him gay because he had a male in the back of his car, I said "If there was a woman and you were gay that would be fine, what are you gonna do force your way with a woman if you are gay?". Greywolf is clearly making me out to be someone who is homophobic, I don't know me calling him gay is homophobic, maybe if it was due to something obscure like the way he talked or walked, that would be different, but calling someone a certain sexuality isn't homophobic. I mean, can people get banned for heterophobia? I imagine it would be a lot harder. Because saying "are you straight?" simply isn't deemed offensive, it's just a sarcastic question, just like me asking "are you gay?" was a sarcastic situation, nothing more, nothing less.
I also think it's important to note that he literally told me to continue. He said "I'm laughing" and said "I'm waiting for you man, bring me more insults". I also said that I did his mother, to which he replied, humourously, "So that's why she was crying! Fuck!". In my personal opinion, It is quite clear that GreyWolf is not at all offended by my statements, and clearly wanted me to carry on.
In the Report on the Forums, Greywolf said that I metagamed by saying "greywolf more like gaywolf" in ooc as that was not his in game name. I was told before the clip, in the airport, that he was greywolf. Literally like 3 people were calling him greywolf, he was there when people were saying it, so that is a boldface lie.
Greywolf also said that I broke rule "(3.1) Using out of game information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban". This is untrue. He said that I used the fact that I knew him to cause drama, not only did I not cause drama, I also only spoke to him roughly once or twice before. Again, a boldface lie.
In Greywolf's report he says that "he was not acting or behaving like an adult or showing any respect what so ever and was clearly there to start drama".
This is untrue, I was roleplaying just to get his attention and stall him until the police can get there, my intention was not to start drama, my intention was to keep Greywolf's attention on me (which worked too well...)
If that is considered disrespectful, then I advise any admin to watch his roleplay, is him calling me a "fange" (I thought he said "fag"
not disrespectful? If I was being disrespectful for no reason and just attacking him and being homophobic just because "lol homophobia funne xd" then I would understand, but I wasn't being homophobic, hence why I am appealing this ban.
I didn't use gay because I am homophobic! I used gay because we were both males! It would have been entirely illogical to say "ughhh don't say cum, thats wierd, are you straight?" I mean, we are both males, who would I be implying he is cumming on if I said straight. I think GreyWolf is making out that I used homosexuality because I am homophobic, I used homosexuality because any other kind of sexuality would have been illogical to use in the situation. I am not homophobic.
Please, before declining this appeal, ask any questions you may have, I am willing to expand and explain anything you want expanded on/explained.
