Why do you think you were banned: I was banned for fail driving, I drove my supercar off the top of a parking garage. My car wasn't suitable for the drop, and I failed to RP the consequences of the drop once I'd done it.
Why should we unban you: " Jim, you've been here for such a long time I find it extremely dissapointing to find you being reported for such a silly rule.
You know what we expect of players in this community, and its certainly not this mentality. " This statement from Jesse pretty much sums it up. I've been a member of this community for a long time now and have always been one that advocates for high quality RP over everything. For me to break a rule which is one of the most simple ones out there makes me disappointed with the decision I took at the top of the carpark. I had multiple other choices I could have made in that situation yet I chose the one that would 'win' me the situation. I can see the irony in my own actions, I've complained at and even reported people for having a 'win mentality' yet thats what has landed me here.
I've been playing 'Jim' pretty much since I joined the server over 3 years ago now, and have been in various gangs for nearly that same amount of time. If I were to be unbanned, then I would focus on another character i've been playing (Hugo). I've had the character for a while and have recently been developing the character, meeting new people, new job, aiming to explore aspects of the server I haven't necessarily experienced. Its been refreshing, and I've been enjoying the server a lot recently. Thats partly due to the new lines of RP, and also the work devs, staff and those behind the scenes who bring us new content and features to enjoy on the server. For that, I'd like to apologise for taking up your time reading an appeal which quite frankly could have been completely avoided had I thought about my actions when I broke a simple rule.
I take responsibility for the decision I made when I broke the rule, and I can assure you it won't happen again.

Although this wasn't my comment, I agree with the statement.

Looking at your history leading up to this ban - isn't a pretty picture, nor what we expect from a longstanding community member.

5 Previous Bans, 3 of which were permanent. 2 bans that lasted 1 day.
Now this ban which is permanent.

Not to mention the 9 warnings and kicks.
How much more voluntary staff time is going to be needed to educate you on the rules?
Why should we entertain this appeal, without sending you away on a cool down?

I understand my record is poor, and I look back on every single one of those bans, kicks etc and regret them. Not only did they waste staff time and ruin the experience for others, they don’t show what I am actually capable of. I know that I am a good roleplayer, and I’ve shown it consistently throughout my time on the server. The fact I’ve been banned for such a simple rule which is so easy to follow, really disappoints myself.
Ultimately, its at your own discretion what the outcome of this appeal is, however I do ask you consider unbanning me here because I’ve been enjoying the server more than ever playing a new character where I’m having to work my way up to things, meet new people and make connections. Thats what RPUK is all about, and I’ve missed it. I’ve been providing nothing but high quality RP and although I have zero excuse for my actions that got me banned I can assure you it will never happen again.

Of course I do. I recognise my actions affected others experiences and I regret that I negatively impacted them.

Sure.
My first perma ban was when I was new to the server, for combat logging. The next was for metagaming, back in July 2023 I believe. The last was a discord ban I believe, which was for myself being ungrateful and critisizing the work of devs at the time. I believe the 1 day was for misuse of OOC. I believe the kicks were for Misuse of OOC, which is something I have worked on and instead of voicing my frustrations in OOC, I use the correct methods to raise concerns.
