Why do you think you were banned: I was initially banned for Fail Driving.
Why should we unban you: Hello, hope everyone had a great festive period, and that the return to work hasn't been too painful for those which it applies to. I know I personally considered throwing away my entire career when I had to de-ice my car in -4 degree temperatures yesterday.

First of all, I would like to extend my appreciation to Jessie for allowing me to re-appeal. I think our conversation was extremely beneficial and hopefully provided insight into the situation for both sides.

I was assured that a copy of the transcript was going to be attached to my notes, so I do ask that whichever staff deals with this has at least a brief skim over it.

In truth, I think that most of the 'Why should we unban you' was covered in the ticket. Instead of repeating myself, I invite whichever staff is dealing with this appeal to ask me any questions or concerns about my return.

I appreciate your apprehension on entertaining my appeal, as my history doesn’t at all play in my favour. However, I know that if allowed back I will bring a positive impact to the server with the RP I would like to explore.

As I outlined briefly in the ticket, I have a plan of unique RP to bring to the server which as far as I am aware nobody has yet explored. If I am successful in it, then it will bring an entire new depth to multiple aspects of the server.

I will provide this by focusing the majority of my time playing on developing this new storyline and focusing on high quality interactions rather than gunfights and gang life like before.

Without giving away my ideas to the nosy nellies reading this report, I want to develop a new character and start a legal business which will create more in depth roleplay for shops, bars and restaurants instead of just ordering stock from a tablet.

I can assure you because this isn’t just me saying all this to get unbanned, its genuinely what I want to do on the server. If I get unbanned then I look forward to seeing how it all unfolds. It is interesting to me and fresh. I don’t have an interest in ‘gang life’ these days and although I will 100% want to log into Jim in the future, I feel the storyline on that character has been exhausted.

I’ll approach the server with a more mature attitude, ensuring that I do not let events in-game affect my feelings OOC. I understand that my history is questionable however I hope you can trust that my intentions on the server are good and I will stick to my word.

Given your past I am unsure if I should give you a final chance on the server, with that it make it hard for me to believe you will stick to your word.

Honestly, I think being a member of gangs which extend to friendship groups OOC has caused me to lose sight of the fact that it is just game and therefore my judgement has been clouded by OOC feelings. I am completely aware that my actions have consequences however in the moments that I let my feelings affect my actions in a negative way I did not think about the consequences both for myself but also for those around me as I am affecting their experience.

I can assure you that this will not happen again and hopefully our chats in the ticket and on here will reassure you of that.

I´ve had a good read through your appeals and tickets, as well as your record. I must say, it´s quite a read - unfortunately. I want you to properly understand our position here and will outline a few things.

In your time here you have racked up 16 notes and 6 bans, 4 of which were permanent. Most people don´t get to that point before being shown the door for good - the fact that we are willing to even entertain this appeal shouldn´t be taken lightly.

Now, I am willing to give you ONE GOLDEN chance at returning and proving yourself as a valuable member of this community, BUT it comes with conditions which will be very strict and one step off the line will be the boot for you - I want this to be very clear before you agree to these terms, so make sure you have a good think.

- No gang/police/Lost MC roleplay
- I want to see you apply as either a member of NHS or G6, be accepted and actively play that character without any corruption arc
- Park Ranger and or Solicitor rp is fine, if you want to do that on top of the above
- Should you choose to do Solicitor roleplay, close gang affiliations or corrupt rp is not permitted

These terms are non-negotiable and will be in effect for 6 months. Should you get banned during that time, we will not entertain appeals from you any longer. There will be no arguing on "how bad" a rulebreak was - you have been around the block often enough to know better.

Is this a complete hold on all ‘criminal’ RP or just joining those groups?

Of course either way I still agree with these terms. I know that it will absolutely benefit me in the long run. I look forward to applying for G6 as it is a faction which I have applied for before and still want to explore.

To clarify, that is a hold on criminal rp entirely. We want to see you roleplay, make stories and simply have fun without having the need to "win or lose" a situation. We want you to provide things to the community in the form of roleplay and creativity, not by committing crime.

I´m glad to see you agreeing to your unban terms and I really hope to see you take this chance given to you seriously. The conditions will stand until 22/07/2026 - best of luck!
