Why do you think you were banned: imam not 100% sure why i was banned, obviously the ban reason would suggest that, however i had multiple tickets and calls with staff prior to my ban, and i think i was banned for previously playing the server whilst being underage, not for actually being underage, as i think most staff that dealt with me knew prior to my ban that i was now of age. so i believe the ban was actually giving out for playing the server underage years before.
Why should we unban you: I take full responsibility for breaking the rule by playing on the server while underage. Although I was initially frustrated by my ban, as I knew I was of age, I accepted the decision and recognized that I needed to face the consequences for joining the server while underage.

I have now taken approximately 16 months to reflect on my actions. I would like to note that staff believed I was of age during the year prior to my ban, as I had been part of the server community for several years. i believe the ban was ultimately due to my extended period of playing while underage.

I understand the importance of the rules and am aware of the PEGI ban. I acknowledge that I continued to play on the server while underage for my own enjoyment, without considering the consequences of participating in an 18+ community.

I understand if staff may have lost trust in me. However, I hope some trust remains, as during my three years on the server, my only prior infraction was a one-day ban to review the rules when I was new to the community.

During my 16 months away from RPUK, I have missed the server. I believe I contributed positively to the roleplay community during my time in the city.

I believe people can learn from their mistakes, and I hope you agree. Given my limited infractions over three years, I respectfully ask you to consider giving me another chance and to accept my apology.

After reviewing your appeal, we acknowledge that you have taken some responsibility for playing on the server while underage. This situation goes beyond simply breaking a rule, it breaches any trust we had.

By continuing to play on the server while underage you misled staff and community members about your age, you undermined the seriousness of the situation you placed yourself in. This rule exists not only for fairness, but also for legal and safeguarding reasons, and it is taken extremely seriously.

We appreciate that you’ve taken time to think about what happened, but because you chose the path to continue playing while being underage for such a long time, we can’t trust you enough to lift the ban or make an exception at this time.
