Ban Reason: PEGI, C1.7 and C1.15.
Why do you think you were banned: I was banned, Nearly 4 years ago. For being underage. At the time of my ban, I admitted in OOC channels that I was 15 years of age. This came about as I was having a back and forth with a member of the community about issues that the server was having late at night, In doing so said something along the lines of 'I do GCSE IT' and that I was 15. With very good reason I was banned that same night for not being the correct age for the server.

Since my ban in July 2021, I have made multiple appeals to attempt to get back into the server. Telling some crazy stories that were just completely untrue. Looking back, I am completely embarrassed by some of the things I wrote, I take absolutely no pride in some of the things I have said to try and get back onto RPUK, It is laughable how poor it was. After roughly a year and a half of failed attempts of getting back onto the server, I made the decision to ban evade, to get back on. Which now I genuinely regret.

Due to my repeated lying and pathetic appeals, I completely sympathize that there is absolutely no reason to unban me, Want to unban me or even trust what I am saying right now. However I want to plead to the staff team, and management, That I am here for the right reasons. I want to be part of this community once again, But again. It is all brought on due to my own mistakes and all I can do is try my absolute best to convince you that unbanning me is something that you will not regret. I want to be on the server, and roleplay properly and add to the servers already great playerbase filled with quality roleplayers.
Why should we unban you: As mentioned in previous appeals, I am now above the age to play the server. I turned 18 in July 2023, I am currently 19.
With that, I want to take the time to apologise to the staff team, that wasted their time on my previous, Lie filled, appeals. As Ive already stated, Them previous appeals are something that I take no pride in at all, and am deeply embarrassed by some of the things I wrote in them in an attempt to be unbanned.

Onto my ban evading in the back end of 2022 and the start of 2023.
I took it upon myself to evade this current ban, As I did not see a legitimate way of being back onto the server, and because I did genuinely enjoy the community and the server whilst I was present in July 2021, I was blinded by what was right and was wrong. I honestly deeply regret this now. This is a genuine mistake looking back on it now, and have no one else to blame other than myself.
I achieved this by using a 2nd discord account (Johnyyboyy#5724 (since deleted due to being hacked)) and a 2nd steam account (mikeoxmall9).
I did manage to get onto the server, I did not play too often if I am honest.
My 2 discord accounts were linked by the RPUK staff team, as my 2nd discord account was spotted to be in a discord call with a few other people. Someone who at the time, Was playing the server. I was sharing my screen in that call, Which showed me in the hospital beds, At the time I was having issues and rather than waiting for an admin to help, I shared my screen hoping that the other people that were also in the call (Not on the server at the time) could help and give me a fix. Myself being in the beds was not used in any way by my friend who was on the server.

Much to my regret. My previous appeals (Apart from the previous 3) were for the majority filled with pathetic lies.
At the time, I was just so desperate to get back onto the server and get roleplaying again, but went about it the complete wrong way, and did not think further down the line, Which is where I am now, Trying to clear up for them lies and constant mistakes right now, Which has left me in such a tough place.
It is clear to see, that at the time, I was just completely immature, and therefore not fit for the community. I can only hope that I am given the opportunity to prove to the staff and to the community that I am really not the same person. I am now 4 years older.
I acknowledge that I was just an immature 15 year-old boy who wanted to get what he wanted, and would go to stupid lengths to try and achieve it. In doing so has completely embarrassed himself and then later ban evaded. Which was unacceptable on many levels.

I understand that my chances are slim, But I do hope that I am given even the slightest consideration for a second chance, I have appealed at every opportunity and I want to make ammends, and leave the past in the past.

Yeah I completely understand that all trust is completely broken and diminished due to the lies ive told in the past to try and get back onto the server. I cannot expect you or any of the staff team to trust me, All I can do is plead that I am here to set the score and move forward.
I lied in my previous appeals, in an attempt to get unbanned sooner. I made many, many pathetic attempts, as mentioned, that I am not proud of at all; I take no pride in my history with the server. My short time on RPUK was probably the most fun Ive had playing FiveM, and that is why I want to return. I want to experience being a member of the community again.
As for the ban-evading attempt. It is inexcusable, completely, but again for the same reasons as the lying within previous appeals. I was just so desperate to get playing back on the server because of how much I did enjoy it. But I went completely the wrong way about it, and I can only really apologise for that. I should have made the right decision in waiting a while longer and appealing just the PEGI ban, but I am now in a situation where I am banned for PEGI, as well as ban evading, which is a very serious rule break, and (understandably) an untrustworthy member of the community. I do hope that I am given a second chance to amend this reputation.

Have you taken time to read over our rules again?

What is your understanding of 'RP' ?
You also mention that you enjoyed the server - what was it that you enjoyed?

All is well, thank you.

When I was on the server, I really enjoyed the community. In that short time, I met a lot of people, did various jobs, and just generally had a really good time on the server.
My understanding of the term 'RP' is that it's Roleplay. You are essentially playing a character in a game, As you would live your life almost. You meet new people, you have jobs, and in-game responsibilities. You can take a legal route of making money, or an illegal route. Depending on which path of 'RP' you venture down, similarly to real life, the path you take in life leads to different career paths and life choices that dictate your life.

I have taken time to read over the community rules, as well as the GTA RP Rules. I have done this when appealing my bans, and have also done so during this appeal. I have taken the time today to refresh myself.

The 'PEGI' rule is put in place by RPUK due to GTA5 having a PEGI rating of 18+, meaning the game is intended for people over the age of 18. On the 'Adult Community' section of the Community Rules, It states that RPUK have adopted this same policy for safeguarding reasons, and that is why the rule is in place.

Rule C1.7, Also known as common sense. Is in place so that it covers rules that are not detailed specifically in the rule book, As not every single scenario can be outlined within the rules for it to be considered a rule break. C1.7 was placed on me due to me being under 18, It is common sense that someone under the age of 18, Isnt allowed to be in an adult community that clearly states within the rules that its an 18+ community, as well as GTA having a PEGI rating of 18+.

Rule C1.15, Known as Ban Evading. The rule speaks for itself. If you are banned from the community, and you manage to get back onto the server, by means other than appealing the ban properly, this is ban evading. C1.15 is in place so as that if you are banned, You cannot just make another account and continue playing. The ban is on the individual not the account, which is clearly stated as part of the rule. This rule break has been placed on me, As I decided to go against what the rules clearly state, and create new accounts to gain access back onto the server. Which I again deeply regret, and really do apologise for.

Why do you think we have chosen to adopt an 18+ policy? Can you think of reasons?

The rule C1.7 might have slightly covered the fact you were under age at the time of your ban, with perhaps the attitude displayed by yourself in public channels in Discord due to the level of maturity.

The C1.15 is a hefty rule to break.
How can we be so sure, should you potentially be banned again in the future - you won't attempt to Ban Evade again?

I can only assume that the PEGI rule is enforced, as the PEGI rating of the game is enforceable by law? Therefore RPUK have an obligation to also enforce it. Aswell as this, RPUK take pride in having an adult community. As mentioned in the Community Rules.

Yeah completely, I suppose it may have slipped my mind when writing my last reply. My attitude at the time of the ban was very poor and completely unacceptable, and unsuitable for this community.

I can only assure you that C1.15 will not be broken again, If I were to be given another chance at the server. I now completely understand the severity of the rule break and how much weight it carries in your reputation to the Staff and Management. I should never have broken the rule to begin with, For this I again, deeply apologise.
I can only hope that I am given another chance to make amends to my reputation. It is nothing I take in pride in at all.

What story are you going to create for a character?

My plan for a character is mostly to go with the flow, see which path of RP I venture down as and when the opportunities present themselves.
Although I have always liked the idea of G6. I think the RP it potentially creates is really good it played out correctly of course.

I want my characters story to write itself.
His name is George, He has moved to a new city and wants to venture into different opportunities and paths in his life.

Very well, I am pleased with your answers and level of understanding.
I am willing to give you a chance, do not make me regret this.

However, any ban you receive within the next 3 Months may lead you back here on a Permanent ban.
Given your knowledge on our rules now, I expect you not to break any.
I would suggest taking another look over them, before playing.
